The sales visit went well, great staff. The install had a few bumps for but they did a great job making it right. When you spill the milk it is how you clean it up that counts ! Good, honest team that does good work. They would have received an A but I am a hard grader ....

Work was performed over one day, so I was not without heat long at all. Workmen cleaned up and removed old equipment. All my questions were answered politely and patiently. So far, am happy with new system.

Our heat pump had seemingly develop a Freon leak which was hard to detect, so we replaced and upgraded our unit.

The second tech fixed our heat pump and restored correct temp to our upstairs. Perfect work.

I called to check if they could install a Honeywell VisionPro 8000 thermostat; gave the receptionist the specific model and type and was told they could and that they could do it the next day at 8:00am. Great! The technician was very prompt and polite, however he stated he had never installed this model and was not sure how to do it. He stated they sold a different model and asked if I wanted that version opposed to the one I had. I said I would the like the one I had because it came recommended. All the hardware was installed and the basic function of the thermostat works, however he could not get the Wi-Fi portion to work; meaning I cannot operate from my smartphone. Which is the whole reason I went with this model. He did try to get it to work, but then I was paying him about $140 per hour so he didn't mind. Finally after $369.00 of hourly fees, we decided to stop, leaving me with the suggestion to call Honeywell Customer Service to explain the issue and see if they could help. I feel the technician did a good job, even though he had never installed this model. I am disappointed with the miscommunication with the office stating they could install the unit and leading me to believe it should only take an hour (or about $140). Again, $369 later, the thermostat work, but not completely. I believe they are overpriced for what I received.

Service person was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part and fixed it right away. (This was in a rental property we own.) We only paid for labor, which was reasonable. Very satisfied with service.

It went very well. They arrived promptly and were very professional and pleasant. They had thought that they'd have to cut a channel in the sheetrock to run the wires, but were able to run them inside the walls instead. They spent a reasonable amount of time doing the installation. We plan to use them again.

The gentleman arrived on time and requested the details of the problems we were experiencing. He looked over the equipment and wiring, replaced and repaired what was needed, and was done in less than an hour. He also answered some questions we had and was very patient, talking in terms we understood. We were extremely pleased with the work and the cost, which could have been much more, was negligible. I highly recommend the company and will use them in the future.

Wooldridge does good work on A/C/heat pump and furnace. Friendly and highly competent service people, no attempt to upsell you and very quick to respond for emergency needs.

Excellent work. Arrived on time, kept a neat work area, and cleaned up the area when finished for the day, completed the job ahead of schedule.

They came out to check the unit the next day after we called. The technicbian found some leakibng valves seaed them and charged the unit. That night the freom leaked out prompting a second call. The technician checked out the unit that day and found a leak in the inside coil. He ordered a new coil (took several days to come in) and installed it and recharged the system. The cost of the second visit was $1,200 which seemed high to me given that the coil was covered by the system warrenty. The unit acted like the freon leaked out again after two days. The technicians returned, purged the lines an now the unit is performing well.

Called to get a proposal and the project manager arrived the same day. We agreed on a price and set the date. Installers arived on-time and completed the job with excellent results.

Installers arrived at appointed time and date. Worked all day first day. Returned to finish the job next day. They were two gentlemen that knew what they were doing and did it well. Excellent job done.

Bobby showed up late on a Saturday afternoon to fix my downstairs A/C unit. He found the problem buried in a nest of wires, circuits and components deep inside my furnace, which was a bad low voltage transformer. I learned that a bad low voltage transformer can shut down the entire system, including the outside condenser unit. Bobby arrived on time and was professional in every respect. I had planned on replacing my downstairs thermostat with a unit that I bought at a big box store. Bobby explained the difference between the one I had purchased and one that he had on his truck. Although his cost a little more, the difference in quality was recognized. I went with his thermostat. After his repair work, my A/C fired right up and is working great. I really appreciated Bobby and Wooldridge being available on a weekend, even though there was an extra premium for making a service call. With people coming to our house on Sunday afternoon, we very much appreciated having such a good response. Wooldridge has our future HVAC business.
