The sales person was prompt and courteous. He did not waste my time. He completed his analysis and showed me what I needed. I purchased the generator and he scheduled the install that same week. As promised, the installers arrived on time, installed the generator, cleaned up afterwards and got it done. When I had the propane installed later the generator worked perfectly once it was all hooked up. Overall, I am very satisfied and would use them again in a heart beat. When I called to pay the bill, the kind lady who answered the phone was easy to understand, easy to work with and even laughed at my jokes. The experience was excellent.

Technician (Ross) conducted troubleshooting and repair procedures to isolate the reason the Heat Pump was not cooling, and place unit back into operation. Determined defective part and replaced it immediately with part stocked in van. Checked refrigerant and determined that a loss had occurred. Checked inside temp at distribution and return vent. Added R22 to the unit and retested. Concerned of a refrigerant loss, Ross used a detector and systematically checked the interior air handler and detected a leak in the coil. He advised of options to consider, including replacement of the coil. In coordination with the Wooldridge office, he determined the replacement cost of the coil, labor cost and estimated shipping time...if I plan to elect the coil replacement repair option. For consideration of complete unit replacement he will defer to Wooldridge sales staff. All work specifics and repair parts are case noted to expedite the repair process. Ross was an excellent "teacher" and guided me through all of the troubleshooting processes and repair accomplished...giving me confidence in the work accomplished . Absolutely Professional Technician. I am monitoring the system and evaluating the course of action to take. I called Wooldridge after unsuccessfully trying to get a competitor to follow-up on a portable generator hook-up quotation request. This was my first experience with Wooldridge and I contacted them because of their good rating on Angie's list and their experience with generators. When I called Wooldridge they were very friendly and were able to quickly come out for a no-charge estimate. Both Melvin, the estimator who came to my residence, and Clint the installer, were very friendly and listened and responded to my needs and concerns. This was important to me as my installation was a little different than most. The install went well and the installer worked with me to see where I wanted various items installed. Overall the work quality was very good, but there were a couple of minor items that prevented me from giving an 'A' rating. Specifically the ammeter was designed for surface mount to something other than drywall (not something the installer would have known ahead of time), and neither he nor I had drywall anchors, so he attached it to the drywall with screws. Later when I inspected it, I noticed it was a bit loose. I was able to fix myself with $1 worth of drywall anchors. The other minor item was that the wiring for the generator was installed through a new panel knockout without any grommet protection. I noticed this also after the install. I believe the reason this was done was that the grommets usually require access from both sides of the panel (inside and outside); my panel is recessed with drywall around it, so you cannot access the outside for the grommet attachment. So from that perspective I don't fault the installer; however, that would probably be considered a code violation. I will need to get creative to find something that will protect the cables from rubbing against the edges of the knockout hole. Price was a little higher than I thought it should have been, but I have not had electrical work done in over 10 years so I cannot judge the price with certainty. Note I could have purchased all the installer provided materials myself for $425-$450, and the installation took 3 hours. However, my final charge matched my quotation, so I am satisfied with the price and cannot complain. Thanks to Angie's list I was able to save with a first-time customer coupon. Overall this was a good install, without a long wait from quote request to installation, at a fairly reasonable price. Wooldridge takes your business seriously and is both responsive and friendly. I will definitely contact Wooldridge for future electrical needs.

He recommended not to do it at this time as it wouldn't be worth it for us even though he would have made money doing the system.

Job was scheduled for one day and it took one day. They cleaned up and showed me how to program the thermostat. Most impressive was the estimate and written proposal in his car and reviewed it with me on his first and only visit.

We got competitive estimates for this project, and went with Wooldridge Heating Air & Electrical. We had a very pleasant experience with them. They were more professional than the other company we got an estimate from. They're excellent and do perfect work.

I called the company and within 1 day I was scheduled to be seen. The technician met me at the job. He was prompt and very professional explaining his procedure that morning. He gave me all of the repair options that I had in order for me to make a completely informed decision. The necessary repair was then finished in an hour and a half. I was impressed with the professionalism of the technician and feel confident that the service was completed properly. I was left with the impression that I could call,, at anytime, with any questions that might arise. I will definitely use this provider in the future.

The project went very well. There was a hitch at the beginning because the salesman had misinformed us about disconnecting our electrical service, but the delay was minor. The work was done well, the crew did an excellent job and gave us a tutorial about the generator as they worked. They explained what they were doing as they went along, They cleaned up after themselves, and took all of their trash with them when they left. We have a standby generator that starts up once a week and runs for about 15 minutes without disconnecting our electric service. When we have lost power, it starts immediately and we have full power again in 20 seconds or less. When power is restored, the generator shuts down automatically and seamlessly switches us from generator to the power lines. The generator gives us peace of mind. I am very happy with the service and support we have received from Wooldridge and recommend them.

Three workers showed up by 9 AM and worked steadily until the job was completed. They were courteous and diligent. They explained the new unit and answered any questions I had. Very professional!

Three day job. No major issues very professional crew.

2 techs worked all day & completed work on schedule and within budget. The next day, within 1 minute after starting his inspection, the county inspector rejected the job because the ABTs were not grounded. This was a serious oversight. Having an installation check list as part of a QA program would have prevented this oversight. Tech came back next day and installed ground wires.

The installers arrived early and went straight to work. When finished they explained all the features asked if I had any questions and answered and I had. Very professional.

Overall it went very well. Our two 18 year old heating / cooling systems were still working but we wanted to go ahead and change them out due to their age and the expected efficiency improvement that should come with new systems. The Wooldridge sales representative came out within a couple of days of my call, the agreement was signed that day and the systems were installed the following week. The two systems were installed over a 3 day period. The installers worked very hard, were courteous, knowledgeable and made sure that we had heat each night before they left. It has only been a couple of days since the installation was complete, but we are happy so far. Wooldridge Heating and Air serviced our previous units for a year as well as doing this replacement / installation of the two new units. We have been happy with their people and the work that they have done to date.
