Description of Work: Whoever installed the HVAC system in my my mobile home didnt do it properly. When I started to use the AC I noticed the wood and subfloor were warped. Thats when I realized that my ac unit was leaking water into the home under the wood flooring. I had them come out and he saw what the issue was and repaired it. They came out the same day that I called. I will use again for preventive maintenance.

Description of Work: Wooldridge traveled from Lynchburg to Blacksburg to put in my generator. They were wonderful--professional, friendly, knowledgable. I am planning to replace my airconditioning system (its over 20 years old) and will only allow Wooldridge to perform the work. They knew the code in Blacksburg and, unlike the propane company, took out all the proper permits. The propane company delayed the work (since they did not have the permits) and Wooldridge had to make the trip twice.

Description of Work: Woke up and discovered my heat pump was blowing cold air. Called Woolridge ... they were somewhat less expensive than another company I called AND they were able to come out the same day! Tech, Jeff, arrived in a few hours (as was told on the phone). He quickly diagnosed the problem, checked a few things. Found a small problem ... he had the part on hand, fixed it, left the old part with me, put back everything he took out (he even locked my backdoor for me). Very professional, courteous, and friendly. He even explained the situation to my husband over the phone. We have a working system and nice warm heat!! I will probably call this company in the future. Thanks!!

Description of Work: I had a drain tube that was plugged and coming off the drain from my heat pump and Wooldridge Heating Air & Electrical fixed it for me.

Description of Work: Replaced upstairs air conditioner. Workers were pleasant, neat and clean. When they came in from outside they covered their shoes. They had to go in the attic which is in one of my bedrooms. When they left, you never knew they were here. They cleaned up whatever mess they made. Top notch and very professional. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We used Wooldridge Heating Air & Electrical to replace a burned out capacitor. They also came out a week later to do routine servicing when the unit failed completely.
