THERMAL Industries windows have LOE2 film and argon gas and qualify for the energy tax rebate. Our replacement windows have proven to reduce heating and cooling costs.

Job well done, for the most part. However, the caulking job was not the best. Hard to beat for $1700, tho.

Description of Work: Since moving to Forest, VA in 1996, we have hired The Window Men to install our siding, our replacement Windows and now our sliding glass door. The Window Men provide great customer service and have awesome installers. We highly recommend the Window Men!!!

He was very professional and fixed the problem with those two and while here checked the other 5 to see if they needed repairs.
Description of Work: I have windows from Windiw Men. which are 17 years old and two needed repairs and the gentleman fixed them for free.i would recommend this Window company to everyone I have enjoyed mine and recommend anybody looking to replace windows call this company

Joe came to our home and gave a history of the product, warranties and company history. Tim went above and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied with every detail even changing our trim to match as close to the existing as possible. The installer Clayton Rockwell took his time to make our installation was nothing less than perfect. He even beveled the trim around our bay window and it looks amazing! I have and will continue to recommend the Window Men.

The company was wonderful to work with. I live 300 miles away and moving back. We were in constant contact with each other. They did a remarkable job and communication was beyond expectation. Kept me informed when windows arrived and showed up at job site and completed the work in a timely and professional manner

Description of Work: Measured for and ordered and installed 14 high quality (and High $) vinyl clad energy efficient windows in my home. Quality of windows was excellent. arrangements and setup went well. Work team was not able to stick to the installation schedule for various reasons. Some concerns about the installation process were addressed. Some concerns about worker on job habits and about the seeming lack of on site supervision by contract manager. |Overall, I am satisfied with the work performed, the price paid and I would hire THE WINDOW MEN company again for other projects.

UPDATE 11.02.2015 - Thursday, 10.26.2015, they came back out and re positioned the doorbell. Tim Frederico has been responsive and conscientious about representing his business well.
Description of Work: We had replacement windows in Oct 2011 and a replacement patio door in Feb. 2014 with excellent outcome. As a result of this work, we had a replacement front entrance in Oct 2014 and storm door March 2015. The entrance door was reversed from original (original left hinge), with the door bell in the original position. The front handset was placed inside vs. outside, which required drilling the door on the inside, left for me to patch new door. The entrance was finished in Nov 2014. The storm door in March 2015 ($555) was misaligned over 1/2-inch, requiring three trips to correct-very poor work on storm door, excellent work on windows and patio door.

I'm quite satisfiedl. I recommend Windowmen because of the price and quality. They used "Thermal Windows" that have a 50 year glass warranty. The upstairs windows were $350 each and the basement ones were $300 installed. Home Depot wanted $500 to install each Simonton window. The entire job took 5 days. The installer did great work but left early and showed up late most of the days due to personal buisiness. Left some nails in yard but I guess thats to be expected. The job was supposed to take 3 days. My wife stayed home for the first 4 days of it to allow home access. The last day was outside work.
Description of Work: Removed old windows and installed 22 windows and outside trim.

I have no experience to report as their was no follow through after four calls... I still have a broken window.

We had all our windows replaced. This was 5 years ago, when we first moved in. We have a lot of windows. We saw the products in his shop. The quality of the windows are fabulous. They are awesome. They are excellent. They were installed quickly and professionally manner.
