It went very well. They were honest and forthright. They didn't try to take advantage of us. Scheduling was good and they came the same day we called.

It went very well. I was real happy with their service. I found the leak on a Friday afternoon and when I called around no one was available. I called Sullivan and they said they would find someone close by. Tom Sullivan, the owner, was able to come at the end of the day and made it right it that night. He knew what he was doing. He recommended some things. It was a little bit more but it was worth it.

He had an attitude throughout the whole project. He might have been having a bad day. When he took the toilet out and it dropped and porcelain went everywhere. He was here for an hour and a half and I thought it was very expensive.

It went very well. I was very happy. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. It didn't take long. The price was reasonable.

It went very well. They are courteous and professional. They are good at letting you know when they will arrive. They are honest if they can't come right away. The technicians are well groomed and wear a uniform. The price is fair. He always explains the cost. I have used them 4 times.

The young man from Sullivan's Plumbing was on time and very courteous. As soon as we explained the problem, he went right to work. He explained that to do the best search for the leak, he needed to look for the access behind the shower that the builder had put in. It turned out that there was no such access, so with our permission, he cut a small hole in the back rear of our linen closet. He later covered it neatly with a white plastic cover, and it is barely noticeable. He found that the leak occurred because the faucet was slightly separated from the tub wall, allowing water from the shower head to drip inside the gap, so he caulked the gap around the faucet. He did that with a material that dried to an almost invisible finish, so it did not mar the appearance of the shower. At our request, he then checked our master bathtub faucet, and caulked it with the same material. He worked quickly and efficiently, and the amount charged for the work done seem very fair to me. I have used Sullivan's before, and have been pleased. I would definitely call them again for plumbing work.

I've never seen this level of professionalism out of another set of workers. They had fair pricing, were upbeat and of good nature, and they didn't waste any time while working. One of the guys actually came back about a week and a half after the job was done just to check if everything was alright. This was very impressive. I highly recommend them to others.

I don't know if Tom is a gentleman and a scholar but he is one nice guy and a great plumber. He arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done, gave me a written estimate and then got to work. The work was done very professionally and quickly and, from my perspective, he did a great job. He gave me a couple of alternatives to deal with leaking faucets in the bathroom and suggest the least expensive option. The least expensive option, which he did for no additional cost, looks like a good temporary fix but I'll have him back out to my house to replace the fixture and install a shower. No need to look any further, he is now my family plumber. Dave

I liked them. They were nice men and they didn't fix the toilet but they came back. I spent a couple hundred dollars. They were on time and I trusted the gentlemen.

We had installed a neutralizer ourselves to "save money". After the frustration reached boiling point with the well pressure switch not working, we called Sullivan based on their Angie's list rating. They were able to come the day we called. Colton arrived at the time we were told. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided us with an estimate for repairs. Once the decision was made to go ahead, Colton worked promptly and efficiently to complete the job. The work done is great and we are very pleased with the results. Eveything is in excellent working order. We felt what was charged was very fair. I would call Sullivan again with no hesitation and would definitely recommend them.

Our problems (drain stoppage) which overflowed into a basement sink, began on a Sunday evening in the home of our elderly mother. In an attempt to resolve the stoppage, a copper supply solder joint cracked and started to leak. The 60 year old house had no cut-off valves in this area, forcing us to turn off water at the main valve. We placed a Sunday evening call to Sullivan Plumbing and left a voice mail briefly describing our problem as urgent but not an emergency, and asked for a call back on Monday morning. Mr. Sullivan called us at 8:00 am on Monday and said he could have a man on site around 11:00. Colbert (?) called us prior to 11:00 to let us know he had completed the previous job and was on the way. After arriving, he assessed the various problems, informed us of his plan, and corrected the copper supply problem, the stoppage problem, and a faucet washer problem we described to him. His plan included cutoffs which did not previously exist as well as an improved layout of the supply lines. Colbert was very professional, polite, and tidy. I hope I spelled his name correctly.

Overall it went well. The guys were very nice and knowledgeable, but obviously heavy smokers whose presence lingered afterwards.

No problems so far. Mr Sullivan was very helpful in hopefully permanently solving a water problem we've had for a long time.

HE CHECKED THE WATER PRESSURE IN MY SHOWER AND SAID IT WAS A LITTLE LOW BUT WAS NOT FROM THE SHOWER HEAD WHITCH I HAD RECENTLY REPLACED. HE THEN CHECKED THE HOUSE WATER PRESSURE AND SAID IT WAS GOOD. HE WENT BACK UPSTAIRS TO THE SHOWER. WHEN HE CAME BACK HE INFORMED ME THAT I HAD NO SHOWER AND IT WOULD COST ME CLOSE TO $500 TO REPAIR PLUS A HOLE IN THE WALL WHERE THEY WOULD CUT TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE PIPES.I WAS HORRIFIED THAT WHEN HE CAME IN I HAD A SHOWER AND WHEN HE LEFT I DID NOT. I DID NOT CALL THEM BACK AND STILL DO NOT.

Everything went exactly as outlined to us at the start. The cleanup went well. One bush died in the digging but we bur we expected that to happen.

Communication with vendor prior to installation was very good, they arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time and worked to get the job completed as soon as possible. I would & have recommended them to family and friends and would use them again in the future!

Sullivan Plumbing has been taking care of my family's plumbing problems for several years. This included several trips made by Mr. Sullivan to my mother's residence for what she thought was a leak, but was in fact neuropathy in her feet. He did not charge for any of those visits, and tried to teach her to use paper towels to see if what she was feeling was actually wet. His sensitivity to her condition and quick responseness displayed his earnest compassion for his clients and their needs. He and his staff have also done multiple jobs for me at my home, both large and small, with the same dedication and responsiveness I now associate with their company. They are my ONLY plumbing support!

They were here the morning after they were called, and were very pleasant. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing repairs.

WONDERFUL service by Sullivan Plumbing. It was around 2:00 when I received a phone call at work, It was my son saying that water was coming out of the ceiling in our basement/laundry room. I immediately told him what to do to turn the water off and I contacted Sullivan to see if someone could come out and fix the pipe. A really nice man, I don't remember his name, answered the phone. He was extrememly nice and pleasant. He was very honest to say that they were booked for the day but he would see what he could do for me and call me back. Within minutes he called me back to say that a service guy would be stopping by on his way home from work. When Colton arrived he was very pleasant and friendly. He came in, inspected the pipe and knew immediately what the problem was. He went back to his truck, got the needed parts and fixed the leaking pipe in a very timely manner. I was so amazed and very thankful for the excellent customer service from both the guy that answered the phone as well as Colton being so willing to stop by on his way home from work, his knowledge to know what was wrong with our existing pipe, his knowing how to fix the problem and his friendliness. I will use Sullivan in the future as well as recommed them to family and friends.

He was punctual and the service was rather quick. I had read the previous reviews about Sullivan plumbing here on the list and decided t go with them. I have done most of the renovations to the new house we had just bought 2 weeks prior but since the was brass and cast iron I was not going to mess this one up. All in all good service from start to finish.

Sullivan Plumbing was prompt, completed the repair quickly and was very professional. The price seemed pretty reasonable for the service rendered. Will gladly call on them again for any future plumbing needs.

While he was here we also mentioned an issue we had been having with our clothes-washer drainpipe (had been overflowing), and Mr. Sullivan gave a couple options on that as well. He replaced leaking section of 4" sewer drain with PVC, and replaced old leaking lead/iron pipe coming from kitchen/laundry as well, solving both issues. Mr. Sullivan was prompt and professional, and gave clear, honest reports and recommendations. His work was done to our satisfaction, and he left the area tidy.
