Installation was smooth overall. Our work area has plenty of space so there were no difficulties in installation. The installer (Tom) did a professional job, clean-up was thorough, and the system has been working well for the past three months. He even mounted our existing whole-house filter to the wall, which had been hanging freely previously, at no additional charge. A few weeks after the install, we were alarmed one evening when we heard rushing water coming from our basement. When I opened the door I found that the automated backwash system was flushing the water down our basement sink (just as designed). Since that was the first time we had witnessed the back-washing, it just took us by surprise! Also, we don't have bluing any more in our shower, which had been quite difficult to keep clean. We haven't noticed (so far) any detrimental effects of harder water, which a neutralizing system can sometimes cause. All in all, we have been very pleased with this installation. Finally, I had done some costing research before hiring Sullivan Plumbing, and their prices were very reasonable.

Bill from Sullivan Co. has actually done work at my house approx 3 times. Each time I got friendly and professional service and just as important, someone who has a lot of experience and knowledge. He was also very fair on pricing and provided tips and helped me with some smaller repairs on my faucets and tub that were small tasks but yet made monumental differences in function. Bill was also trustworthy and made me feel comfortable to have him in my home. I have used several different local plumbing companies over the years, but I only plan to use Sullivan in the future thanks to this employee.

Mr. Sullivan not only fixed the leak but took time and did no damage to the asphalt driveway. Well if that wasn't enough, he subtracted the cost of gravel from the estimate. The overall project was done perfectly. Removing the old and installing the new tub/shower was probably the most difficult part of the job, but I was very pleased with the result. Installing the faucets was also done well. No complaints.

Tom and his crew arrived promptly at 9:00 AM. Trenched out the sewer line and replaced it. Installed a new floor drain in the basement, and added a stub pipe for a future bathroom expansion. They finished their work at 5:00 PM. They did an excellent job.

Thomas Sullivan's assistant came at 9 am. Removed and disposed of concrete double-sink. He was joined by Thomas at 10, did all the work, then tested everything, cleaned the space, and finished the job by 4:00 PM. Work done was excellent, service was superb. Have used this plumber before and he is always efficient and reliable.

He set a time that matched my schedule and then called when he was running EARLY to see if I wanted to meet earlier. He was very professional and personable while getting the information he needed to provide my estimate. He answered my questions, and gave a list of options to better fit my needs. Would use in the future.

I called Sullivan Plumbing around noon yesterday. Tom Sullivan answered the phone, himself, and listened to the work that I needed done. He was busy on another job but said that he could stop by in the evening to look at my project and give me an estimate. When Tom arrived, he was very professional and friendly... even putting up with a million silly questions from my four year old son! When I asked him how soon he might be able to get the job done, he told me that it would only take two or three hours and that he could fit me in the next day. He said that he had a job he needed to do in the morning and that he would be able to be here by 11:30. Tom called me at 11am and said that he was finishing up at his last job and would be right over. He and his assistant, James, were here right on time and went straight to work. Tom was very forthcoming with information and advice about some other plumbing issues and questions that I had. He even fixed a flow problem with my kitchen sink faucet at no additional charge. The work was completed as promised, on time, and with no additional or unexpected charges. I would definitely recommend Sullivan Plumbing for any work that you may be considering!

Repaired leaky outdoor faucet that another plumber could not do. Fixed in no time by a knowledgeable plumber. Price was good and would use again.

Excellent, very helpful, told me how I could complete the job myself for a lower cost (I chose to have him fix it right away). This is the second time I have used Sullivan (once a few years ago to supply and install a new garbage disposal--very well done).

We had a water crisis. Three water pipe leaks in three days.... right before T-Give. Came out and in a single day replaced ALL of the pipes in my house, tested the water and gave good advice on fixing acidity problems. These guys are obviously well educated and knowledgeable. We have had pipe problems ever since we purchased the house and no other plumber has ever left me feeling confident that I understood the problem.
