Description of Work: Repaired toilets in two bathrooms. Found another small problem that I wasn't aware of and fixed that too. The service man was very professional and knowledgeable. One of the toilets had been worked on previously by another plumber twice, and the problem was not corrected. It appears that Sullivan Plumbing did the repair correctly.

Description of Work: Came when requested to repair a leaking outside faucet and to install 2 grab bars in a tiled bathtub surround. Assessed the job, obtained the parts needed and completed the repairs in a very quick, professional manner! Price was a bit on the high end, but was worth it, given the level of service provided!

Description of Work: Connection in basement failed. Water was spewing forth. We turned off the main, mopped up, and called American Home Shield, we have a home maintance warranty with them. They sent a work order to Sullivan. Thankfully, they responded and made the repair the same day! All this while we had a house full of guest. So Thankful!

Description of Work: Repaired outside hose faucet which was leaking. The technician showed up on time and was very courteous. He gave us the option to repair or replace the faucet and we chose the repair. The faucet is now working properly and is not leaking.

Description of Work: Sullivan came to put in an outdoor faucet, check out a loose vent pipe, and tighten a kitchen faucet that keeps coming loose. The guy who came was great, explained everything thoroughly, delighted our children, and gave us great recommendations on replacing the kitchen faucet.

Imagine my surprise when the plumber called a half hour before the scheduled time to say he might be fifteen minutes late. He arrived, did a couple checks to diagnose the problem, gave the price for the job which I immediately approved. He got right to work, had everything needed in the van, kept us informed as he did the job, then cleaned up thoroughly. Sullivan Plumbing has earned my regard, I heartily recommend them.
