+ -1 moreEverything went great! Mr. Ross was prompt when returning my call, very pleasant to talk to on the phone and in person. I couldn't be happier with the results from the work Steam Tech did! I was hoping for a "one stop shop" experience, since I had almost every type of floor in one home, and that is exactly what I found. Fair prices, friendly service, and good work... Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the "big chain" mediocrity.
Description of Work: I have hardwood floors throughout the house, carpet in the bedrooms, and tile floors in the bathrooms and other various rooms. Steam Tech had all of the necessary equipment to handle all of the flooring surfaces I had. The deodorizer in the basement area worked great too!
