I cannot speak to their hardwood refinishing and I do not write this review to defame them. However, I am greatly disappointed with the installation of my bathroom floor and even more disappointed with their customer service. There were several issues with the flooring installation to include gaps that exceeded the quarter inch requirement for this type of flooring, areas that were not caulked, areas that did not meet up with the wall and door frame, and an improperly installed transition strip. After three of us tried to call and left multiple messages over the span of a week, we received a call back from one of the contractors. He stated that he would give us 30 minutes notice and come out on a given day and fix the issues. However, he was a no show and ignored our calls from then on. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they did not respond to that either. We finally were able to reach another contractor who works for the company and he was nice at first. However, he also didn't return our call after he said he would. We finally called him back and he became very irate telling us that it was our fault the floor was done poorly. If that flooring was not appropriate for the bathroom and the company did not believe it would be a good job, they should never have offered service. What they completed was not at all what we wanted. The employee I spoke to hung up on my husband who was trying to speak calmly to him about receiving even just half of our money back so we could repair the floor ourselves. My husband tried to call again and left a message stating we would proceed with filing another complaint if we cannot get this resolved. The contractor then sent a text to my husband telling us to never call that number again, that we have no proof or contract, and that he will sue us. All we were seeking was a resolution, whether that be fix or even a partial refund. Instead of calmly working with us, they resorted to ignoring us and eventually to bullying. Update: A trustworthy contractor just came to repair the HORRIBLE job they did and commented on the poor workmanship with the seams not matching and that they incorrectly installed the transition strip. It's terrible to spend several hundred dollars on poor workmanship, only to have them threaten to sue you after trying to request them to repair it, and finally having to pay another contractor to fix their mess!
