Description of Work: Estimate for roofing and gutter guards on 70s ranch style home. Very prompt in getting back to me for appointment, quote, follow-up, etc. Did not climb on roof to inspect current condition. Highest cost quote of the three estimates I received.

Description of Work: Sentry replace 2/3 of a metal roof on a old farm barn that was wind damaged by the large July 2012 storm. They did the job as agreed upon and were polite and responsive to us. Our only disapointment was they started using some untreated board to replace either broken or old rotted ones, but once it was pointed out that only treated lumber should be used in a situation like that, they switched at once.This was not noted in the quote,but seemed obvious to us and one cannot think of evething, so it is worth while to be there during sometime of the job to discuss these type of non-detailed items in the estimate. THEY WERE RESPONSE TO THE INPUTS OF THE JOB OWNER. They also had a policy on the savings they offer for ANGIE'S LIST customers that we disagreed with, after a short discussion they modified it to make it better. For us that was a sign of a FIRST CLASS COMPANY. We would use them again.
