Description of Work: I have used Randy & Son since moving to Lynchburg. I have a 1952 house with sceptic tank. Over the years we had to have various things done and each project was completed in a timely and professional manner.

Description of Work: Had kitchen and bathroom sink fixtures that I provided installed and had new new shut off valves installed in the supply lines for each sink. They called in advance to reschedule the first appointment, and arrived punctually for the new appointment.

 + -1 moreI was hearing some rattling noises that I thought was the plumbing. I was not familiar with a plumber I the area so I asked a neighbor for a recommendation. They told me Randy and Sons had done a good job for them so I looked on Angie's List to see if they were there. They were so I called and got an immediate appointment for the next day. The and quot;sonand quot; arrived timely and did a through job of isolating the problem. A toilet valve and flap was extremely disintegrated and needed replacing. He even checked the second toilet in my home and recommended a flap be replaced. Cost is always more than one expects, but it was reasonable and I'd rather pay for good guaranteed work than have a novice perform the repair.

Description of Work: Reset upstairs toilet and adjusted flushing mechanism. The toilet has a minor leak because of a crack in the wax ring. Replaced downstairs toilet. The replaced toilet was old and had internal mechanism which was rusted beyond repair.
