+ -1 moreTerrible. I say this with over 10 years as a home builder. Fence was not even ordered on time. Took two weeks to be able to pay them the downpayment as they could not get their credit card system to work. Unknown to us they ordered a utility location service. Used so much orange paint our yard and landscape rocks looked like a carnival. Will require over $300 to remove Failed to meet to as requested many times to assure proper fence location to do a 19' run of fencing they recommended on flat land. The owner R. Manning is highly unprofessional, abrupt, threatening and a liar. His lies verified by a government official. He will blame anyone and everything for his personal failures.. Don't waste your time.

Description of Work: Repaired a chain link fence. They replaced a few top poles that were damaged/bent and also replaced several pole caps. They checked the entire length of the fence around the perimeter of the back yard and reconnected it in several areas back to the top supports using heavy wire.

+ -1 moreCompany representatives came out to give the quote, then the crew arrived and worked tirelessly to get the fence completed in the assigned time projected. There were no problems, and the crew was excellent in their professionalism and work ethic.
Description of Work: Fenced in backyard, placed two gates. Fence height - 8ft on the sides, 6ft on the back of property.

+ 0 morecontacted mann fencing 3 times to make "repairs" to my self installed 6ft fence. I work too many hours to do the labor of replacing 4ft fence with 6ft fence. Mann was reasonable, prompt, polite and professional.
Description of Work: have had mann fencing "correct" , repair , some self installed fencing. Employees show up on time, act professional and this is a company you can depend on. You will not be disappointed hiring this company.
