Description of Work: I had a evidence of a leak in an upstairs room. Quinn sent over a team of at least 2 men to find the source of the leak and repair it. They did this either the same day or the day after my call. The leak was fixed.

He uses Guatamalen laborers to put the new roofs on the house. It took about four days to remove the old roof. On the fourth day it was going to rain according to the weather forecast. The roofers did not tarp the roof even though I asked them multiple times to do so. Then it rained. And the rain came into the house and ruined the ceilings in nine rooms. In addition the water came down through the first floor and into the basement ruining all of the insulation in the roof and in the basement ceiling and the basement walls. Quinn told me not to file an insurance claim that he would fix it. He refused to give me the name of his insurance company when I asked. As I pressed him for the name of his liability insurance he gave me the name of the company that did not insure him. Prior to contracting with Lynn to replace the roof he told me that he did have liability insurance and was licensed. But when it came time to fix the problem he lied about who is insurance company was. It is taken many months to replace the sheet rock in all of the rooms that were damaged and to replace the sheet rock on the walls and ceilings that were damaged. It cost a lot of money to replace all of the insulation. It is taken many many hours to paint all of the rooms. In addition the carpets were ruined and had to be removed. The house was not livable for 4 to 5 months while the repairs were being done. I would never hire Quinn to do anything ever again and I would never ever recommend him to anyone. If you see his name or any of the other names that he uses run the other way as fast as you can. Do not be snookered in by the low prices that he offers. I believe his license only allows him to charge a maximum of $10,000. He came highly recommended by the realtor who sold me the house. Again do not listen to realtors but research roofers on Angie's list prior to hiring one.
