Came the same day we called and repaired quickly, and professionally. Having to leave to go get parts and came back and finished all in 3 to 4 hours. Very pleased with no further issues.

The bathtub drains were over 40 years old and could not be fixed unless they were approached from the underside of the two bath tubs. I have a finished basement and I didn't want to tear into finished ceiling so I elected not to repair but to just use drain stopper covers instead.

Went pretty good. Actually had some material in their truck.

My kitchen sink clogged up completely on a Saturday, I called Plumb Care that afternoon and asked the answering service to put me on Monday's schedule. They showed up about 10:00 AM Monday morning. The first guy that showed didn't have a long enough "snake" so he left and came back with a bigger machine and another helper. After a few minutes of use, their powered snake froze up and quit working. So, they left and went to the local Tru-Valu hardware to rent another one. They ran the snake all the way through the pipes down to the septic cleanout, but didn't clear the clog. The plumber told me it was probably what he called a "sludge plug" and that the snake just goes right through it and the sludge fills in the hole behind the snake. So, they had to run the snake in and out several times before the plug finally broke loose. After 4-5 tries, they finally got the plug loose and got the drain flowing freely again. The two guys that came were very professional, and went out of their way to rent another power snake when theirs froze up. Altogether, they were here about 4 hours. To top it all off, they gave me a 10% "senior" discount on the labor.

I had a water leak in my basement just before Christmas. I called Plumb Care, because my wife had hired them a couple of years ago to fix something in the upstairs bathroom, and she said that they had done a good job. They showed up when they said that they would. They fixed the problem for a price that I found very reasonable. Unfortunately, later that day, I had another pipe break in the basement (due to some faulty old plumbing in the house -- it's an old house -- not due to anything that Plumb Care did). Plumb Care showed up again, a few hours later, and fixed this new problem as well. I was very impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. I would recommend their services to anyone.

It went ok. Everything is still good. They do very good work. We have used them many times before.

We were replacing our old washing machine, and the faucets for the waterlines were leaking. Neither would turn off completely, and both leaked slightly at the top. I thought maybe we could re-pack the valves and tighten them up, but the service guy recommended replacing both valves. He popped the old ones out and put in two brand new ones is less that a half an hour. Total bill was less than $110 (including a 10% discount for Angie's List members).

Replaced waterline from meter to house. |Job went well except for a shortcut hooking plastic line to house copper line. Did not affect functionality of water service.

Installed prepurchased water heater for a rental property.(they are now on my speed dial)

We provided all faucets except the basement one, So the installer only had to remove the old faucets and install the new ones. In the basement the installer inserted two valves in the water lines to allow for change in water flow as directed by the owner. Installer provided all materials for the basement. Installer also checked out toilet in one bathroom to stop toilet from continuously running. Installer cleaned up well and kept the owner informed of his progress. While the installer was very professional, personable and communicated well with us. We felt the cost was too much. We agreed to the rate but afterwards felt that $100 per hour was a bit steep for that type of work. We did enjoy a senior discount that brought the amount down to $400 by subtracting approx. $30. Upon discussion with the owner of the company the bill was reduced. We appreciated his quick decision and frank discussion.

They were fine. They showed up, they were on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They were good. They were in and out and you wouldn't even know they were there.

He arrived at the time we agreed upon on both the day of the estimate and the day that he replaced the water heater. He was both professional and friendly. He cleaned the area after he completed his work. The price quoted was the exact price charged, so there were no cost surprises. When I have future plumbing needs, I will definitely contact Plumb Care Plumbing.

We bought a house and went back to Arizona to move our belongings to Lynchburg. We had contracted with PlumbCare to extend gas line from basement to kitchen -- maybe 20 feet. When we got the bill, it was for $750. The PlumbCare officer told me that two men had taken half a day to do the work. Two neighbors told me that one man had been there about two hours. In my view, PlumbCare is exploitive and took advantage of the fact that we weren't on hand to check out their story. After considerable conflict, the company reduced the bill to $500. The quality of the work was okay - just marginal. The issue is that they seem to be pirates.

Replaced water heater, installed pressure regulator and expansion tank. water heater located in small crawlspace under house, hard job. Location was reason I had job done. I asked that pressure regulator and expansion tank added to job, all needed parts were on truck.
