The most important part of the rating is that their employee stole from me. I have it on security cameras and shared with the project managers and one of the owners. The company did nothing to fix the situation and that person still works for the company. The project started second week of July for a 3 to 4 day job according to them, they finally finished the first week of November. The material was delivered 5 days before they started which is good but they spread it across my front lawn and killed my grass. The crew that removed the old roof had chipped paint off my house and practically destroyed my leaf guard gutters. They left a mess around the house and did a poor job of clean up. I have placed numerous call to several employees with little or no communication. All we got were excuses about why things were taking so long. I was promised constant comunication from the project manager and I got nothing. Our project was passed from person to person because noone cared enough to do what was right. The owner even expressed to me that his roofing crews did not pay attention to details while working. They used caulk to seal screws that did not bite down and did not tell a supervisor. This would not of lasted as long as the guarantee on the washers of the screws. The sad part is that I am the one who noticed all of their mistakes. The roof was installed in such a way that rain water was not going to a gutter and was all running of by the foundation. It took 4 attempts and over 3 months to fix correctly. The gutter crew replaced a 30ft section but it took them 4 days to complete and it was still not right. We had to have someone else come out to fix it. The owner did express that due to all of the issues with this project he would give me a discount. After asking about the final bill to several others we got an invoice with no discount. I have tried to contact the owner several times and I get no response. The best part of the entire company was the sales rep Ben. He cared more about the project, the customers and the business than the owners do. If this company was the last one of its kind in the world you should ask to deal with him.

It didn't. David Duckworth showed up on time and examined roof problems, 11/16. This was on a Monday. He advised I would receive quote either by that Friday or the following Monday. On the following Tuesday, 11/24, I called and left message on David's cell phone. I am still waiting on a return call. Totally unprofessional behavior.

My old slate roof was leaking in several areas and Perimeter Roofing came out to inspect. From the very start they help me with everything. They were at my home when my insurance adjuster arrived, they sent over all the necessary paperwork required for repairs to my insurance company. It took over a year long of disputes between myself and my insurance company on the cost of repairs and what had to be done to remove a slate roof and replace with a high quality metal roof. Perimeter Roofing sent reports after reports to my worthless insurance company, and was even at my home to explain the work process to the third insurance adjuster. When finally we agreed upon the cost and work Perimeter started my roof quickly. They did an excellent job and cleaned up my yard very well afterwards. I had a few loose vinyl siding pieces around my dormers and called them about it. Perimeter sent back out a guy to climb the roof and nail them back in. Overall a fantastic company, very professional and they do clean quality work. I would highly recommend Perimeter

Perimeter Roofing did an excellent job replacing my old slate roof to a new high quality metal roof. It took a year and a half to finally get my insurance to pay out properly and Dane with Perimeter and his co-works helped with reports and numerous phone calls to my insurance company the entire time. Workers did an excellent job and cleaned up the yard very well after it was all finished. I highly recommend Perimeter and they all were very knowledgeable and professional.

It went well initially but after the homeowners check was sent to them it took months to even get them out to the house. Then the guys who did the inside work did a okay job on the middle floor but the bathroom is leaking still. Painted half of the ceiling and the other half was left undone. Roof has holes in it to where you can see the paper and thus my bathroom is again damaged. They were messy leaving my place dusty, drink bottles left and lighters. Josh told me they warranted their work but I’d rather take a loss then to have them back. They have been reported to my insurance company for shoddy work. Very disappointed.

One of the owners met with me personally and we spent some time discussing the work that was done and the reasoning behind the costs. He offered some refund, but I said no need. I felt like after we talk they understood where I was coming from. I believe the customer follow up could have been much better, but the sincerity in Phil and Josh meeting with me cleared up pricing and service level. Please disregard my previous review as someone blowing off steam.

Perimeter Roofing was recommended by my insurance company. Dane was very responsive to my calls and questions. He presented the case for full roof replacement vs replacing damaged shingles. In September they installed the new roof. The workmanship was terrible. Nails were not flush with roof. The shingles were not installed with manufacturers recommended nailing pattern. This was brought to Dane’s attention on site and nothing was done to correct it. They overlooked soft decking and laid torn roof paper under the shingles. After the first rain there was a leak around the chimney. To their credit, they came out and replaced the soft decking, torn paper and fixed the leak. Dane bragged about the 50 year warranty but I would rather it be done right and have piece of mind it isn’t going to leak.

Dane came out and gave me an estimate and we signed a contract to repair my leaking roof on 12/20/2018. It took several weeks before they sent out a crew to make repairs which is what they told me it would be because they were real busy. When they came the first few times they worked I still had leaks . Long story short in June I still had a small leak. So, I called Philip and he told me to call Dane. However, this is when I lost confidence in Perimeter because Philip told me that the roof leak could just be an anomaly and with some rains I would just have a leak. Well I'm not that smart about roofing but I know a roof if put on right or repaired right is not suppose to leak. So, I called Dane and he came out on Thursday June 13th and he did some caulking and I assumed everything was fixed. Over the past few months I have been checking for leaks but have not found any until today (10/16/2019) which was the first soaking rain since Dane came out. I still have a leak and in my opinion Perimeter never actually completely fixed my roof. I know my warranty ran out in September and having lost confidence in Perimeter I now have to start over to find someone who can actually fix my roof.

Promised to call to set up appointment....never responded.

Awesome family run company! Came out to assess our urgent situation in less than an hour. Knowledge staff, great prices, our problem was fixed the next day!!!

This was a very small job, but I couldn't have had a better experience.

I spoke to Ryan & Nathan. They were both very professional. Within a matter of just a few hours, Nathan came out & assessed the situation, then repaired the leaks before the next rain /snow that was coming that night. I am very pleased at their prompt service & would not hesitate to call Perimeter Roofing again.

Ryan and Nathan called and gave a one-half hour window when they would be at our house. They arrived when promised. They asked questions about our concerns and did an inspection of the potential problem area. They informed us of problems they saw but said they would rather have someone from their company more familiar with metal roofing to look at this for a more permanent solution. While they were here they caulked potential problem areas that they saw to try and prevent further leaks if we have any wet weather between now and when someone else could schedule a time to be here. While they were here they asked if I wanted them to do another small chore to prevent me from having to get on the roof later. Both individuals were very professional while also being personable. There was no charge for this inspection and temporary fix.

When we first started looking for someone to complete this job for us, we looked to Perimeter Roofing based on word of mouth. I spoke with Tommy and Andrew about the specifics and they were both very laid back and answered all my questions with absolute patience. They kept me informed all along the process and were at my house each visit when they said they would be--which was a huge bonus in my book! When the work was complete, my wife and I were absolutely stunned at how great the roof looked and how immaculate the jobsite was left. Clearly, this is a team of professionals and we can't wait to do business with them again when we build a new home very soon. Excellent work, guys!!!

Perfect. The temperature in my attic went from 150 degrees in June to 80 degrees in August. My cooling bill went from $250 in June to $200 in August.

Service was excellent!! They were very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and precise. The roof looks AWESOME!! They even put up a huge tarp over the roof until they could do the replacement to make sure I didn't get any water damage. This company is Great! GREAT JOB!! :)

Excellent transaction. Only improvement area would be to schedule work sooner and stick to the schedule. It took 6 weeks to get on the schedule and then they pushed a week.
