+ -1 moreVery unreliable. Just read the google reviews and reviews on other sites. On two separate occasions Mr Parsons said he would be coming to take a look at our appliances. No call, no show both times. Should’ve trusted my intuition the first time when he told me he was coming. Didn’t sound right. But I attempted again and same. Horrible service. Will never use this company and will advise others. All he had to do was be honest.
