Steve was great. He showed up promptly and was courteous and quick. We had a clogged dryer line and he needed to replace part of it. His work was very neat and he cleaned up after he was done. As a matter of fact, he needed to make an access hole in our basement ceiling. When he was done, he actually replaced the Sheetrock and spackeled it in. Super professional and unexpected. We will use him again and recommended him to family.

They arrived the same day I submit the request. They were very helpful, did great job. He gave it a lot of time and thought how to handle it because it was vented too far. He came up with a creative alternative idea and did a very good job. I am very happy.

After a first call into his service, Steve called back quickly, asked me a number of questions about my dryer vent then talked me through the anticipated cleaning process and estimated price. I enquires with three other services and none where this transparent and detailed plus steve's pricing was the same as the competition. After completing the job he sent me pictures of all the build up in our vent. More importantly a Dryer that has always caused us problems now runs fantastic! And yes his bi was exactly as quoted. They went above and beyond. A vent cleaning of my dryer vent had failed (different company) because of a suspected disconnected vent somewhere inside the wall. I called Central Home Services Corporation the same day, they did a detailed remote diagnostic and came out the next day. Found the disconnect and fixed it, all for the same fee they would charge for a dryer vent cleaning. Took a good 2 hours or more but they didn't charge an extra cent for it. Very professional too. Well exceeded my expectations.

He's done everything right. I was just hoping that he could have done it faster. It took him a long time just to get all his tools together and another 20 mins to explain things to me. So I think he could have finished the job within an hour, then I wouldn't have to pay the extra $75 for overtime.
