Steve responded immediately to my email, and was extremely professional both on the phone and in person. He did an excellent job not only cleaning a totally clogged dryer vent/hose but repaired/installed what was improperly done on the interior and exterior of my home. Steve was also very neat and cleaned up his work space. I would recommend Steve without hesitation.

I was called promptly. The work was scheduled for the next day. Steve arrived on time, completed the work promptly and completely. The cost was discussed up front and was very reasonable. I am very pleased .

They responded quickly and came to my home. Unfortunately after paying $171 and many attempts from the technician who came for both upstairs and downstairs to be fixed, my vacuum system is still blocked! A follow up appointment was scheduled after Thanksgiving, but last minute they needed to reschedule. We think Sheetrock needs to be removed to correct the problem. Since the holidays are upon us, and I don’t want to deal with such a mess now, I plan to setup another appointment after January!

This service was excellent. The work was explained and I was shown before and after pictures which showed me how badly my vents needed to be cleaned and how clean they are now! This was not a rush job but the time was taken to be thorough.

Steve did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vent. My vent is ducted to the roof and he went up on the roof to clean it which the other companies I used did not do. I also have a gas dryer and he found a leak in the pipe attached to the dryer. I would definitely recommend him.
