I loved them, they were great. They're a husband and wife team and they were just very nice. They cleaned up after they were done. They were just really pleasant to be around.

The job went fine. They did a quality job and touched up the areas we pointed out to them after the job was finished.

Maintenance Plus was quick to respond to our request for an estimate for repairs. Likewise, they were quick to perform the repairs at a very reasonable cost.

We called Maintenance Plus; Darren and Gwen came and examined the recessed fixtures and ceiling, and gave an estimate to remove the old fixtures and install new ones based on any possible difficulties they might encounter (ceiling structure/available studs, wiring surprises, etc.), of approximately $125 per fixture, not including the cost of the actual fixture. We set up an appointment for them to come a week later. We bought the new fixtures ourselves at Lowe's (approximately $72 each). Gwen called the morning of the appointment to be sure we'd gotten the lights. She and Darren arrived at about 10:40 a.m. She gave me a neatly typed invoice for $200 ($100 per light), which was lower than their original estimate. I signed that. They started to work immediately and were completely finished by about 11:45. They removed the old fixtures and completely installed the new ones--no mess, no problems. And they readjusted the bill down to $135 for the entire job, because they said it didn't take them as long as they'd expected, and they didn't run into any complications. I am SO pleased! My husband was initially going to try to do the job himself, but he's really not experienced with electrical projects. It was worth having it done correctly and efficiently, and a particular blessing to cost much less than we anticipated paying. (And Darren and Gwen are a delightful couple!)

They showed up and did the work on the day that was scheduled, I also asked about pressure washing one side of my house that was 3 stories and they did that without charging me anymore. I had a few places that I needed to have touched up and they were quick to respond. Very nice people and easy to work with.

These folks were great to work with. They were punctual, reasonably priced, and did a great job repairing and replacing some light fixtures for me. They are now doing some rather extensive repair work for my dad and it's been reported that they've once again done a spot on job. I would highly recommend this company for most of your home repair needs!

Maintenance Plus is ..........A+. Nicest people you ever want to meet. Went beyond expectations for sure! Without asking they patched, filled holes, painted areas that were looking sickly.......all at no extra cost. We're neat as a pin, even put back up curtain rods! I won't use anyone else except for Gwen and Darrin! Don't look any further!

They did an excellent job. They tried to talk us out of painting the brick house, initially. We would not take their advice, and we had it done. They then said, "Wow, it looks good." They actually put our house on their website because it looked so good. The overall experience was excellent. I would use this provider again.

Selected Maintenance Plus strictly from the ratings that I had read from Angie's List and I was not disappointed in the least. My job was simple and direct: install three overhead fans for the bedrooms and to check why two of our bathroom overhead light/exhaust fan fixtures would keep going out. I scheduled the work to begin at 9 am on a Thursday as they had perviously estimated they would need 45 minutes per fan plus an unknown time for the bathroom light/fan combos as it would depend upon what the investigation discovered. At 8:59 AM on Thursday Gwen and Darren Lucademo were ringing my doorbell and by 1:30 PM they were going out the door with all the trash with three fans installed, bathroom light/fan combos repaired and my electric fireplace (which had stopped working a year before) back in operation! During the time they were at our house they were polite, professional, and simply down right enjoyable to be around. They offered plenty of advice (like pointing out our wire gage (size) was too small and would not be able to upgrade we ever wanted to upgrade to 20 fuses.) There was a house-builder glitch that they overcame (the basement bedroom's electrical box was secured by one nail rather than two because of it's location on a ceiling joist) quickly and professionally. They even repaired a our electrical fireplace. The heater portion worked fine but the and quot;fireand quot; would not come on, even after following all the trouble-shooting tips provided by the manufacturer. Darren worked on it for about 20 minutes, discovered the problem, created a solution and now my fireplace is back up and 'glowing.' Even better, Darren didn't charge us for it because he said he learned something new by working on it. All in all it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend this couple and in fact am already planning to have them paint our bedroom and re-finish our deck this Spring.

They were great. I would (and will) absolutely use them again. They were honest in their recomendations of how to proceed with my projects and the time from the estimate to completing the project was less than 2 weeks. Likely because of the nature of the work that they were doing for me as well as for other customers (small jobs, etc.) they were not necessarily punctual. It wasn't a big problem for me because I could be flexible. They are also willing to work/give estimates on Saturday. All work was completed to my expectation (which is high) and they were extremely respectful of my home / property - cleaned up everything like they were never there.

We are extremely pleased with the work from Maintenance Plus. They came out to give us an estimate the same day we called them. They called us with a quote the next morning. The weather was very rainy so they were delayed in starting, but kept us informed of their plans by daily phone calls. Once they were able to start, they worked efficiently and very thoroughly. They are a wonderful company and would certainly use them again.

They were there for 7 days. Everything was excellent. They came every day and whatever they did they did is meticulously. We are very satisfied. We have a 2 story house and the paint job makes it look like a 3 story house! I would absolutely use them again.

My fiance and I just moved into our home and noticed a few "imperfections" with the house we decided to rent. We reported these issues to our realty company and within 24 hours we were contacted by Gwen and Darren at Maintenance Plus. They were so nice in trying to work around our busy schedules. The 1st available day for us was a Saturday and we took a chance trying to schedule our maintenance repairs and they were more than willing to come out. They called before arriving at our home which gave us a heads-up (greatly appreciated). They performed all the repairs right then and there. There were a few parts they needed that they didn't have with them, but they were back within an hour and completed the job. I was able to get some things done around the house and barely knew they were even here. Not only were Gwen and Darren punctual, but they were very personable as well. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They were so friendly and I will definitely call them should I need any future maintenance work done. Gave estimate, arrived and performed their job . Very happy with their work and both have pleasant personalities. This husband and wife team are a great choice to make repairs in your home and no need to worry if you need to be gone while they are working as they are bonded. We highly recommend them.

We hired maintenance plus to paint the majority of the interior of our house following a refinish/install of hardwood floors. They came highly recommended from a friend who has had them do a lot of work before, and they did not disappoint. We received and estimate that was very reasonable so we decided to give them a try. We did have to procure our own paint, but that was actually preferred by me anyway to make sure you get exactly what you want. Just make sure you factor it into the cost. Additionally, they have accounts at all the local paint stores so you can purchase at contractors pricing. They went through and patched all holes/cracks in the walls as well as the ceiling, although we did not even ask or pay for the ceiling to be patched. The paint job was top notch, and not a drop was spilled anywhere (which was nice considering the floors were just redone). They were very courteous and punctual in their work. Replaced a window sill for free, as he noticed during the estimate where our dog had chewed it...Amazing. I would highly recommend this contractor for painting or any maintenance/repairs around the house.
