Description of Work: signed up for a annual contract for cleaning and maintenance for heating and cooling systems. Maddox is a provider for American Home Shield, with whom I have a home warranty agreement. First visit for heating system went well. I feel good knowing everything is clean and operating as it should. |

Description of Work: Knowledgeable and experienced Tech found the problem very quickly. It turned out to be a minor part (cap) which he had on the truck. Absolutely NO attempt to overcharge or to misdirect. Carefully explained the concept of sinking too much money into aging equipment, but did NOT try to push an unnecessary new system on us (which other vendors have tried to do). | |One day a major component will fail, and I am positive Maddox will be providing the new system based on the honest and great service they just provided. | |Happy customer. Highly recommend them.
