Lowe's of Lynchburg

Awful; incompetent, unqualified people, lack of integrity - don't believe the workers were licensed to do the work. We are still in the process; it has been almost six months and we still do not have a kitchen. Never use them!! The exhaust fan (tried to install it FOUR times) sounds like a freight train; under cabinet lighting does not work, installed twice.

It didn't. After 3 weeks of first contacting Lowes, we were put off for estimates at the house 3 times. Then received a call that their contractor had insurance issues, and they wouldn't be able to come to the house for at least 2 more weeks. Give me a break...we want to give them money, and no one's competent enough to get a project started!

Hooked up with Charlie at Lowes. He helped with selection and provided plenty of options. My wife and I checked the competition with the exact same specs. Lowes had the best price for the total package. We did the demo and saved $500. I disconnected the plumbing and removed the existing tops in about 2 hours. Sold them on Craigslist in about 2 hours! Stone contractor called and set up an appointment to measure. Arrived ahead of time. Used laser measuring equipment, approx. 1 hour. Stone contractor called an set the installation about 3 weeks later. Arrived ahead of time. Installers put down floor covering protection. Installers were very courteous, clean, and professional. They answered all my questions, explained what they did and why. They cleaned up and left no mess at all. The plumber called and set his appointment. Arrived on time and installed the new faucet set. Very pleased with the quality, workmanship, and Lowe's coordination. Highly recommend them.

Salesman was very helpful in getting installation set up, they were here on time and did a great job, I would use them again. It is so wonderful to have something done right the first time in todays world.

The Provider from Lowe's of Bedford was marvelous and took care of everything. Lowe's of Bedford was very helpful. I would suggest you look at your web site so I could enter the Correct provider, not the one Angieslist thinks I used. This is the first time I was able to tell YOU who actually did the work. poor. they're nice but just by paint form lowes not something this expensive and important. brother bought kitchen last year from lowes he's still trying to get them to fix the problems.

The contractors that Lowes used did an excellent job. I recommend Lowes for the home improvement activities.

They were able to install the carpet the way I wanted it. Although they were not a carpet company, the people working in the carpet department were really knowledgeable.

Good store. They are a big box store and do a fine job. They are friendly. They are people there that can help you pick out flowers if you would like. They are clean.

All went well. They did a great job. Be sure to be there when they install it, so they put it where you want.

The job went really well. They had a lot of different options. The lady at the store that helped me was phenomenal. She really did a great design for the kitchen. The quality of the products that I purchased was superb. The gentlemen who did the installation were absolute craftsmen. They did a superb job. The electrical and the plumbing guy were phenomenal as well. I liked their quality of work and their attention to detail. I felt that their price was very reasonable. I was able to get some discounts and so forth. I would definitely consider working with them again in the future. They've done an exclusively outstanding job for me.
