I want to start off by saying the work was done quickly and well. It rained soon after the job was completed so we could tell right away there was a noticeable difference in output from the gutters and downspouts. The employees were professional and polite so no issues there. The sole issue I had with this purchase was with them actually showing up. Our appointment was on a Monday between 12 noon and 2pm. We did not state that we needed to be there when the work was performed but once the appointment was made my wife found that she could be there in case there were any issues or questions. At 2:30ish they hadn't shown up so my wife called and was informed that the workers were heading to another town to do, I believe, 2 jobs before coming to our home and that it would be another couple of hours. They ended up arriving closer to 5pm. They were apologetic for being late and as I stated above the work was performed well and professionally. If I had a recommendation it would be that a courtesy call should have gone out to us to inform us of the change. I don't know the reasons for the other jobs being done first but I would have liked to have been notified and even given the option to reschedule. Since the work was done well and it was affordable I would use this company again but I would be more specific about getting a call if the appointment could not be met.

It turned out well. It was fine. They came when we weren't home and did it and spin a letter in the mail and the gutters were clean.

Guys ran a little late, but did a great job. I will use them again for sure!

They were punctual and finished in good time. I appreciated their service.

They were very professional and they came right on time. I had asked if they could do one additional item while they were here and that was to replace two spotlights that were up on the house and they were very kind and they did it and I gave them a tip of $10. We will use them in the future and I would recommend them to anybody that needs gutter cleaning and I would suspect that a repair would be just as well done.

Crew showed up on time as promised. The 2 men crew did a terrific job. They did a great job and cleaned up after they were finished. Would definitely use again and would highly recommended to anyone who needes their gutters cleaned.

Everything went well. They were on time, cleaned out my gutter, and cleaned up debris & spill-over on the deck. Nice job.

The 2 young men were courteous and professional The work was scheduled promptly.

First visit was an Angie's List special buy. $99 for gutter cleaning. Bit of a communications breakdown. Discussed removing my gutter guards, but in talking with Glenn in the VA office, I asked him to have the person who would come out to do the work (Karen) to give me a call before removing the guards. I was going to talk to someone to get their input. Karen was right on time morning of the cleaning, but Glenn had not passed on the message, and when I called to talk with Karen before she got started, she had already removed the guards I was planning to keep. She did find a huge wasp nest inside the guards and a very large plug of pine needles and leaves that she would have had a hard time removing with the guards on. So, perhaps, just as well. Left a card stating that the gutter cleanings in the future would be $65. Less than the "deal" I purchased from Angie' List. I have read that comment by someone else. I did call them again this past winter after all the leaves had fallen to clean the gutters again. I liked Karen a lot although I have only spoken with her on the phone. She seems very professional, gets the job done. Both visits have been right on time. She was extremely apologetic about the communication breakdown. I will use them again.

There was some confusion on my end with the scheduling, but other than that, everything seems to good. The owner was very good about informing of the status of the job and it was completed in a timely manner.

I emailed them via Angie's List and they were very responsive, getting back that same day. He was able to work me into the schedule just three days later. They arrived on the day and time that they said, did the job in a hour or so and everything went well. I would use them again for sure as it was very easy for us.

I purchased the $89 Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Scheduling took a while, and due to weather, our appointment was pushed back a couple weeks. They were great at communicating schedule updates/conflicts to me via email and through Angie's List message center. Overall I think they did a good job. I was not home at the time of service, but the gutters were clean when I got home, so the end goal was met.

They arrived on time and they were extremely professional and they were very thorough. I'd use them again in a heart beat.

On time with no hitches

Went perfectly. Not only cleaned gutters but removed all debris and left my yard looking better than I'd left it.

On time, very professional. Performed needed service, cleaned up and even cleaned off my deck. Very satisfied and will use again.

It was great. They came out a week after purchasing the deal. There was a $40 additional fee for the height of the roof which I expected. They left an invoice on the door because weren't home during the service.

Prompt, courteous service. Some debris was left in the yard, but otherwise, I was very satisfied.

The provider contacted me after I placed the order for the $98 special and said our roof was too steep for that price and wanted to charge us more. We exchanged several testy emails, and I told them we only had two gutters that needed cleaning. Tthey were all within easy reach so that's all they did. Just didn't feel warm and fuzzy when the provider called me back trying to upsell me. But they did what they said they would do, and everything worked out fine.

They were on time. Cleaned the gutters and cleaned the debris from the ground.

Contacted provider by phone and Angie's List. He left us two messages but never showed up to do the work as promised. Update 11/29/14: One of the providers workers recently died. Provider wrote/called to tell us this. He later did the work satisfactorily.

They seemed to do a great job. (We haven't had a rain yet.) Left the outside clean. My only complaint is that I had no idea they were coming. I returned home to find a strange truck in my driveway and two people on ladders. There should definitely have been a call made by the company to confirm a day and time before they showed up to do the work.
