Leaf Relief Gutter Cleaning

I made an appointment for 1 PM... they did not arrive and 1/2 hour later I was trying to call them. When I spoke with the scheduler he told me it was a "flexible" appointment due to weather constraints (cold). They arrived before 2 PM. I was not happy about it and missed the next appointment I had scheduled. He was very nice about it, but really that should be clear from the get go for folks with busy schedules. I cannot really "Rate" what they did, because I can not go up on the roof to inspect the work.

I'm not sure. I had to be gone the day they were supposed to do it. I came home, it was done. That was good.

Quick to contact and get me scheduled. Showed up at time promised and did a great job.

Leaf Relief cleaned my gutters, took pictures of areas where gutters were loose, and made repairs. I was very happy with their service and professionalism.

Iq cant telp if it was done perfect I have the tely on the honestty of the provider . They were on timel very cour y courteous. My ne I would have told ne if theyny were not working because he works from home andc has a straight view to the roof of my home.

This was a big deal purchase and it turned out good. The guy did try to say that he had to build a certain length of gutter for that amount. He thought he was going to measure my house because he thought it was bigger so I said not to do my porch. I guess he ended up doing it all. I guess he did the whole gutters, but he started to get more money. They came when they said they were and they were quick. It wasn't like a great deal, but it wasn't terrible.

He did an incredible job. It was above and beyond my expectations.. It's difficult to trust people, so I don't know what to expect when I got home. I was so surprised to see everything look so beautiful! Thank you so much, and I appreciated everything you did! Nancy King

First of all, we had recently had rain so it wasn't the best time to clean gutters because the leaves were wet. We were disappointed that they did not clean up after they cleaned the gutters. I guess that was not a part of the contract.

Work was completed in 15 minutes.

Two workers spend over an hour on the roof identifying and sealing seams.

Due to the inclement weather, I thought we would have to reschedule. The provider sent me an email in the morning saying they were on a rain delay and would try to get me in later in the day. When I came back from the store that evening, the gutters were clean. I also received a follow-up email to assure the work was done properly. Overall, I received very good service and did not have any complaints.

Provider arrived at the agreed upon time. They used leaf blowers to clean out the gutters. They generally did a good job, but they neglected to ensure that all of the downspouts were free of debris.

His team of 3 workers cleaned the gutters and fixed some problems dealing with downspouts

They showed up on time and did the job quick but 100% satisfaction. I've used them before and will use them in the future.

.Horribly! They used a leaf blower to remove the leaves, debris and backed up water. What a mess they created, it tookme two days to clean up after them and some things, such as the stains caused by thee dbris hitting the white painted railings and supports of my deck, the cushions of my patio and deck furniture and the concrete around my pool will never be the same. Don't use these people and I don't think they even cleaned my upper floor gutters because I can still see sticks and it overflowed during the last rain storm. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company.

OK BUT I THOUGH HE WOULD CLEAN INSIDE OF GUTTES BUT HE SAID IT WOULD BE EXTRA COST

I was satisfied with the work performed. Glen is a nice guy and I will hire him again the next time I need this done.
