Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters and down spouts, removed the debris and even fixed a couple of pins that had come loose. The only glitch in the program was I expected they would also do our garage, which they did, but there was an additional charge of $25.

Description of Work: They helped fix a clog in the gutter and cleaned all the others. They worked quickly, knew what they were doing and were friendly. Since ours were done so quickly they did not charge us the extra $25 that we expected to pay as our house is a bit larger than the deal price so that was an added bonus. They recommended gutter guards and showed us what they looked like and have us special pricing. They weren't too pushy about it but did offer a better price if we did it sooner rather than later.

Here is what I wrote you when you first purchased the service: "Thank you for choosing Leaf Relief for your gutter needs. We will try to do your house on Monday the 19th in the afternoon. If we have to reschedule, what would be a good number to use to contact you? Thanks again, we look forward to serving you." I found no reply from you. Also, if we had left debris for the mowers, but this was not to your satisfaction, Leaf Relief has a no-charge return policy to make it right. Description of Work: I inquired about this company doing the gutter cleaning on my home. I was curious as to how they were going to do the work from Lynchburg, VA. From what I can tell they own a local company here or passed it over for someone local to do. They did a nice job with their portion and I ended up getting a prompt call from the local contractor or foreman.
