Leaf Relief Gutter Cleaning

I would recommend them with hesitation. They certainly did the job they were asked. They left quite a bit of debris like they weren’t really clean. They left a lot of debris around the windows. They just sort of knocked it off anywhere that it fell. The guy who was up on the roof was sort of a larger guy and we were a bit of concerned he was going to take a tumble. He was very quick and thorough. They have good customer service as far as scheduling. They didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want.

Called back same day. Made an appointent and showed up on time. Did all that Iasked.

This was our first Big Deal experience with Angie's List and it went wonderful!

They did an adequate job cleaning the gutters, but poor communication.

The job was done a day early due to a forecast of rain, which I appreciated. The job was performed while I was at work, which was fine. The debris was cleaned off of the roof and out of the gutters. The roof and gutter debris was cleared off of the deck, sidewalk and driveway. I appreciate the prompt communication from the company in regards to setting up the appointment. I bought the service and they were able to perform the service within 4 days. I will use this company again and I will recommend them to my neighbors.

I purchased a big deal from them and they came out quickly, did what they were supposed to do and left quickly.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for gutter cleaning by "Leaf Relief." Glen Schultz contacted me and told me that the job could be done the next day. I told him that there was a large pine tree beside my deck with quite a few heavy branches laying on the roof, which was concerning to me for several reasons, so Glen told me that they could cut them back. When I arrived home after work the next day I was extremely pleased to find clean gutters AND the trimmed branches from the roof! I did not ask how many were on his crew and that really is beside the point because whoever or how many did this work did an excellent job. Not only was the work done in a timely manner and as described, but my deck had either been swept or hosed down. No debris to be found and clean as a whistle! The cost of gutter cleaning using the deal was $98.00 and only $50.00 for trimming the limbs. I will definitely use Leaf Relief again and would encourage anyone who needs gutter cleaning to use this company.

They were very timely in their response to our initial request. They called, arranged and arrived just as they stated they would. Teir service was excellent and their customer service was remarkable. I would use them again and will refer them to others as well.

Jim and Karen were great. They cleaned out the gutters quickly. I asked if they could tell me anything about the roof that needed attention and they supplied me with helpful info.

Service was scheduled on a day we could not be here. We ordered the cleaning through a deal through AAA. They cleaned the gutters. No mess!

This team did a great job. My house sits under a thick canopy of old trees and the roof is usually littered with limbs and branches , leaves and moss. The gutters even had some small trees sprouting! When I got home I was amazed at the jquality of job they did. It was 90 degrees that day, so it was at least 100degrees on that old black roof. I got alot more service than I ever expected! I will be using them again for sure!

We went out of town and on return I called again to have the gutters cleaned and they had been by and had done the job and had left an invoice way down in the mailbox. They had been here 2 years ago and we were satisfied then as well

The service was perfect, I don't have any complaints at all. They seem very well structured, the guys were very neat and they cleaned up after themselves. I was overall very satisfied.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I was contacted regarding the work within a hour (or less) of my initial out reach to the provider for a quote. He was able to give me a quote immediately (over the phone) and schedule the work to be done within the next day or two. Due to heavy rain, it was postposed a couple of days, but that was not their fault. The workers were very professional, polite and explained everything they were doing (or would do). They even did a simple repair without any extra expense. They arrived on time, were not in the way, and left everything cleaned up when they were finished. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone needing gutter cleaning or gutter work.

Everything was wonderful. We have trees that overhang our house and the acorns, pollen, sticks and leaves clog our gutters. Relief came with two people and they promptly climbed up on the roof, blew the leaves and sticks off, and cleaned our gutters out ...along with washing out the dirt in our gutters. The people that came were very professional and easy to talk to. I would use Leaf Releif again. It's so nice to do business with people that are easy to talk to and do a good job.

Glen, the owner, was very prompt in responding to my email requesting to schedule a date for the cleaning. They came out within just a few days of when I called. The team was a man and a woman, and they wasted no time in cleaning our gutters. Very pleased and will do business with them again!

We used them through a big deal on Angie's List. We were very pleased. We did have a larger house than he had anticipated. He did charge us a little more, but it was very fair.

I purchased this service through one of Angie's List's "Big Deals". Was really pleased with the quality of work and customer service. The owner Glen is really nice and prompt. If there is an issue he will make sure it is fixed. The 2 person team that came out to do the cleaning was professional, courteous and thorough. They showed me several things they found in the gutter - old tennis ball, soda bottle - yuck! Glad they got it out and that everything works well again. I'd definitely use this company in the future. (I can't remember the exact date they came out - sometime during Christmas/New Years.)

Call Glen and gave him the information with regards to where the units were located and what I needed to accomplish. Glen came out and had the gutter cleaned out in no time. I will definitely use his services again. Professional and easy to work with. Great job Glen!
