Leaf Relief Gutter Cleaning

The couple who came to the house were good. Our roof is old and needs to be replaced, and they couldn't use the leaf blower while standing on the roof. Too slippery. So they had to come back the next day with their bigger ladders, and a $40 surcharge was added because of the added difficulty. There was also a scheduling mixup. They came out later than they'd told me the day before, but it was no big deal. I'd use them again.

Recently had purchased house in Winston Salem and this was our first experience with getting gutters cleaned. Purchased work through coupon found on Angie's List. Was contacted by the individuals doing the work in a timely manner and who arrived when expected. They informed me they were familiar with the house having done the work for the previous owners. Cleaned gutters in an expeditious manner and left. No cleanup of the debris from the gutters was done, which I had to do myself. They provided business card with information on contacting them directly and paying less for future services than was paid for using the coupon found on Angie's List.

It was a great experience. We scheduled an appointment and they cleaned the gutters. However, they did not clean up the mess from the gutters. I came home and there was a bunch of debris everywhere. It wasn't a big deal -- I took care of the debris.

Glen's team quoted the project, scheduled the work, completed the work on time and were very professional. They did a great job of cleaning my gutters and I would definitely use them again and I recommend them highly.

They were great. They brought a ladder so we could see that the gutters were clean and they did a commendable job. We had no issues with them at all.

I wasnt able to get the services completed because I no longer needed them. The company however got in touch with me right away and had accepted one of the proposed times and dates I had mentioned. I feel these deals are great ideas and they work great with the project process. They were really professional.

At first they forgot to call me back (I used the office number, not the cell number provided on the website). But once in contact, they were very responsive. They happened to have time later that day, so they got the job done pronto. Can't ask for better than that. I wasn't there for the repair, but everything looks fine. I hadn't shopped around, so I gave them a 4 on price... I have no clue if there price was competitive but it didn't look like there was much room to go lower. Overall I was happy with the service.

They were fantastic. They did a good job. They just saved me for having to go up to the ladder so I’m very pleased with that. They kept in touch when there was some weather delayed. I was so pleased with the price. Every time I had to send them back here, they went right quick and in a hurry. They actually came earlier than I expected them to. They thought they couldn’t be out there coz of another thunderstorm but it was a regular occurrence. When I went out, they showed up that day. They were very nice people and no problem.

Communication is a very strong point for this company. They carefully and courteously set things up, arrived on time, listened and explained what they were doing, and left us happy. definitely recommended!

I purchased the Angie's List deal for $98.00. I requested a time that was convenient for me, and services were performed at that time. The 2 person team knocked on my door and explained what they were going to do, and would let me know when they were done. The service took all of about 15 minutes. They did explain that the downspout was clogged a little. They gave me their card and said to call them directly, and the service would just be $50.00. I'll be sure to schedule something in the Fall when the leaves start falling.

They were prompt and courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

Work was quickly done considering the hardship of built up residue in gutters.

Came as promised. Did a nice job. Removed all debris from gutters and flushed out downspouts.

Gutters were in bad shape after fall leaves and a new roof. The gutters were cleaned, nails were pounded back in place to better secure the gutters, and all areas on the ground were blown clean. And, the price was less than expected

Responsive, quick service, came as scheduled. Did not clean back deck of leaf debris after emptying gutters, but dogs were in backyard so that's probebly why.

It went just fine. They showed up a little early, which was ok. They did a good job, everything seems to be moving swiftly through them. I would use Leaf Relief in the future.

There was a communication problem on day of service. Weather conditions were cold and they did not have my phone # to let me know they would be late. They did come and cleaned gutter and did clean up

They are great. This was my second time using their service. They clean up everything really nice. They do exactly what they say they will do and we have had no hassles.
