Leaf Relief Gutter Cleaning

We already responded to this survey, the day after the work was done. We were pleased with the job that Leaf Relief did for us. The cost of the service was as advertised on Angie's List. Corrected the error in cost and am re-submitting the survey.

They did a great job. They came and did the job on the time we agreed upon. I was at work and my children were here when they did the work. I never met them but they were very pleasant to deal with on the phone. They responded promptly to the email I sent.

It went very well. They did a fine job. They did what they promised to do and they cleaned up after themselves. The price was very good.

Gutter cleaning completed and I'm very satisfied with their work. They were very professional and did much more than I had expected. They even cleaned off my back deck at no extra charge! I know they're honest because they found a quarter on my driveway and left it for me. You can't find many honest people who go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. I will definitely use them again.

They did what they said they would do. They were on time and efficient.

It went just fine. I didn’t have any problems. They sent two technicians. I had them clean the gutters on one trip, which took 1 to 1.5 hours; the second trip, they put gutter guards on which took 2 hours.

They were out the day after I purchased the deal for the service. It was a really easy experience, they came out did the work and left an invoice. There was an additional fee for leaf guard which wasn't explained in the deal.

Good. Told me what was clogging my gutters. A company had put on my roof and very large pieces of shingles were causing my drainage problems. I've gotten in touch with the company and we are negotiating paying for gutter cleaning.

They came out to review my job and were a bit daunted by the size of my home and the condition of the gutters. They still managed to tackle everything with the exception of the front gutter which had a vine growing in it. They honored the $98 coupon for the rest of the gutters which was no small feat. They will be back to remove the gutter guard and the vine, which has grown under roof shingles and behind the gutters. They will charge $100 for this bit of additional work. Nice folks.

This was a husband/wife team and they were very courteous, punctual, and upfront about what I should expect and the added cost for my extra square footage and pitch of the roofline as had been outlined in their original contract details on Angies List. There were thus no unpleasant surprises or "sticker shock", and I was completely satisfied with their work. The scheduling was a breeze--very efficient from initial inquiry to completion. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I scheduled this appointment a week out and they did not show at the scheduled time. When they finally got in touch with me they said it would be another hour. I had already wasted an hour and a half and waiting another hour was unacceptable! Comes across as unorganized because the scheduler had not been communicated with.

It was a good experience. They were very professional, prompt and completed the service rather quickly.

I've always cleaned my gutters myself, but I just moved and had too many other things to do. I'll never being using a service again. They just randomly dumped the debris from the gutters over the yard. I will say my yard is nothing fancy, so its not like they ruined anything. I'm just not sure why they wouldn't properly dispose of the debris. They also randomly left the green plastic ends laying in the yard. I'm sure they needed replacing anyways, but again didn't see why they would'nt properly remove them. There is alos a leak in the front gutter, which I'm a little disappointed that they wouldn't have told me about it when they were up there. I will clearn the gutters myself next time for free and will do a much better job than what I paid someone to do. They did clean the gutters, so they did do the job and they did it timely.

They were great. I purchased a pre-paid Angies List voucher for the service for $98. Then there was a surcharge of $70 for height of the house (3 stories at rear) and roof pitch. I thought this was a reasonable charge. The work was done professionally and without any fuss. The contractor was courteous. Job was well done.

Scheduling was done quickly and they were out within a few days of purchasing the deal. They did a great job. I paid additional because of the square footage of my house.

It went fine and they did a good job. They were also very professional. There was some debris left around the house, but it wasn't substantial. They got delayed once because of rain but they were very communicative about rescheduling.

I decided to try one of Angie's List's big deals for Leaf Relief to come out and do my gutters. The details section said that the deal included minor repairs-which is why I went with the deal.. The peope that came out didn't initially do any repairs citing that the missing nail or two was not considered a minor repair. The initial cleaning was fast-although they did leave some debris on the top of my gazebo ine backyard- but eventually the rain washed that away. I expressed my concerns through Angie's List emails and the owner was very quick to remedy the situation. Undecided whether or not I would use this servic provider again- might give it a second chance next year. Thorough communication is the key-for those plan on this deal covering your minor repairs (not just blowing out the gutters with a blower) I suggest emailing specific questions/concerns before purchasing the deal.

They did what they said they would. I would have preferred they not put all the gutter debris into the yard but outside of that it was fine.

they got to my house a little earlier than I was told because of a cancellation; worked very efficiently and did exactly what they were supposed to do; will use them again in the future .

Over the years I had gone up on the roof and clean my own gutters?thinking it was not big deal. But then I realized that was only half the job. During heavy rains water was spilling over the sides of the gutters and getting into flower beds and creating other problems?even water in the garage. Then a lightbulb went off?maybe, I don't know how to really do the gutters and drains correctly and more importantly would I want to take more time??? The answer came across my computer screen on Angies List; "get a professional". So, this was the first time I have hired a professional company to do the job and everything is clear and working the way it should. They also fixed some broken drain connections I will definitely be calling Leaf Relief in the future.

Promptly responded with a date and time to provide the service. Arrived right on time, were friendly and courteous, performed the service in a timely manner. Area was left clean. I will definitely use them again.

This was an Angie's big deal for $99. The appointment was scheduled quickly. I wanted an additional item checked on the roof. Me. Schultz responded to my request quickly and let me know the cost to complete the additional repair, if needed ($35). The employees that came out were on time and friendly. I was very pleased with their work and would use them again.

Scheduling was easy. Communication was initially via email and they came when they were supposed to. There was a little bit of gutter debris left behind on the carport that I cleaned up after they left.
