I have always had people to clean the gutters and they also removed the trash that they have gotten from the gutters. They did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters, but left the yard in a mess. I called them and they did return. They cleaned up the yard but blew the trash in the pine needles. In the back yard, under the fence,

The contact called right away and said he could be here in two days and quoted me a price. An hour and a half after I waited for him to arrive he called to see if he could reschedule for 4 days later. I expressed my dissatisfaction in that and so he said "Ok, I'll come, but it'll take me longer because I don't have any help." Why did he make the appointment if he didn't have help. He came about an hour later, stayed about an hour and then said it was too hot, so he'd be back that evening or 4 days later. He came at dusk that same night, so he was on the roof with limited visibility. He blew the debris down, but could not clean it up from my flower beds and pond area because it was too dark. Then it rained so everything was wet.

The process was very easy. As soon as I put in the request I got a call and they were available the following week to do the job. I did not have to be home and they mailed me the invoice for which I paid online. I had a hard storm last night which gave me the opportunity to see if they did in fact get my Gutters unclogged. Apparently they also repair and install gutter too which may be my next project.
