+ -1 moreBuyer Beware! We contracted Land Tech Group to build our pool. It was very simple, 16x37, 4 foot deep. It leaked from October 28, 2022 until draining the pool on April 2, 2024. We contacted them several times, only to be abandoned and threatened by the owner, Wayne to take our equipment out. Ultimately, we had to demo the plaster and tile due to leakage and bad plaster. We have since spent this entire summer of 2024, to have all the leaks repaired and new tile and plaster installed. This company is a nightmare! Rebecca knows absolutely nothing about building pools and the owner is a landscaper who started building pools. We have spent over 40K to repair the mess that they have made and yet, they continue to do business as usual. Don't do business with these people, as they have no morals or integrity. No matter the cost, use National Pools in Roanoke.
Description of Work: We contracted them to install a new pool.

Description of Work: They installed a retain wall, pool and staircase. We were hoping that they would be able to complete the entire job without having to verify progress with the agreed upon design. They started the project with a young inexperienced foreman. They had to continually make corrections. We were originally told it would take 3 weeks, but they were not completed for almost 4 months.

+ -1 moreWent fine except for some ground settling where it was excavated. The ground settled where it was excavated to move the driveway and irrigation pipes. Now there is some erosion caused by runoff water being diverted where the land settled. I called LandTech who told me erosion is beyond their control. I had to have someone else fix it. Not the best warranty or customer service as far as I am concerned.
Description of Work: I hired LandTech to widen our driveway, move our irrigation system, and build a retaining wall last fall.

+ -1 moreThe owners and laborers were very helpful and professional. The cost was spot on with the estimate. Our front walkway looked horrible prior to this project, and now it is immaculate. We have recieved many complements on our front walk and the surrounding landscape. They were on time everyday, and worked daily until the job was completed. We had a couple issues that we needed corrected after the project was completed and they returned and fixed them without question. We are very pleased with the outcome of this project and couldn't be happier that we chose Land Tech to do it!
Description of Work: Remove our front walkway, replace with new walkway, install flower beds and plants, grade our backyard for better water shedding.

+ -1 moreThe young woman who is the landscape architect that we have worked with is Rebecca Mahanes. She is very good. We have enjoyed working with her. The work they do is fine. I do not talk to the men. They just do the work. I have been satisfied with the work they have provided.
Description of Work: We have been using Land Tech Inc. for nine months now. I learned about them through reference from a friend. They do landscape design and installation for us.
