Description of Work: This was our lawn service team for a year. The service to date has been mediorce but always as scheduled. I called the owner 3 times since Sept to have my leaves and acorns vacuumed and removed from site. Owner said couldn't vacuum until November. But, he 'mulched and removed' the leaves and acorns for 2 of my immediate neighbors today. Didn't do mine or call. Just talked to him on 10/24/12. Don't know what's up. Closed my account. Looking for a new lawn care service
