Description of Work: Jeff Bibler and his company, K & S Audio, did all of the installation of my $1 million + custom home. He told me about several different custom installations and new innovative technologies and convinced me to put them in my new state-of-the-art house. Nothing to this date is right, or has ever worked. Here's a short list of things that were wrong, stopped working, or never worked to begin with: 1. Intercom system- never worked, was told by Jeff Bibler that technology had not caught up enough for his system to work. 2. Great room surround sound- never worked, was told by Jeff Bibler that it would be an additional $3,500 to make it work after installation and sheet-rock, wiring, walls, and floors were already done. 3. Satellite- only four of my 22 rooms were wired for satellite connection despite there being literally 100 wires, cords, and connections that not even Tony Stark or Bill Gates could figure out. 4. Internet- see above. Similar situation as the satellite connections. Why would you not wire a house so that all seven bedrooms have internet connection and/or internet access? 5. Speaker system- most of the entire house is wired for a universal radio/stereo system with each room having its own volume control, including my outdoor patio, gazebo, and walk-out, two-story balcony. None of them currently work or have ever worked since installation. 6. Promptness- Mr. Bibler was prompt in his service calls. After we called him and threatened him with legal action, he promptly showed up to try and talk over our heads with technical jargon, despite me being the building contractor that built my own house. When prompted as to how to get satellite TV(or any TV for that matter) in another bedroom, we were told to, "call DirecTV and have them deal with it." 7. Repair- we have had SEVERAL different contractors, IT guys, communications companies, networking services, and Verizon technicians come look at the mess of spaghetti strands and hundreds of wires left that go no where and connect to nothing. They all say the same thing: "We aren't touching that. Don't call us again unless you're prepared to rip it all out, along with most of your walls, and start over from scratch."
