+ -1 moreThey changed a water heater due to getting old and they installed a very small heater. Now I barely have hot water even to finish a quick shower. And left a water stain in the carpet due to not sucking it up from the carpet. They are ignoring me now because I am telling them that I have not enough water to finish my shower. And I work at the hospital. In general They ignore tenants if they don't want to fix anything properly. To any family. Do not rent from Hillcity Rental, save yourself a aggrevation. Find a landlord that listen to your issues and helps and work with you.

Description of Work: I can't say enough good things about the folks at Hill City. I have used them for years and wouldn't use anyone else. They have been kind and considerate to us many, many times over. They have over 500 properties they manage. How they do it, I don't know.
