Description of Work: I had a new heating unit installed by another company. The unit was not working properly after several visits from the installer. Daniel, from Hickey came out and immediately found the issues. The unit was fixed in a timely manner and the price was reasonable.

 + -1 morenot well... the technician was very nice... but when I booked the initial appointment, there was no mention of a charge. At the end they wanted to charge me $79.95 for an estimate. I have gotten estimates from other companies who did not charge anything. I was shock, because no one from the company prior to the technician visiting stated there would be a charge. If I had known that, I would have not requested this company to come out. They charged $79.95 for a estimate. I contacted the office manager to state I was not aware of the charge and she told me I had to pay it or they would take further action. No customer service at this company.

Even though I've not yet used his services I would certainly recommend that he and his company be included on the short list of service providers.

 + -1 moreWorkmen arrived on time, worked steadily, left a clean workplace, and completed the task on time. One minor miscommunication appeared as if it would derail the installation schedule, but Fred worked tirelessly to overcome the problem, and the schedule was met with time to spare. I think most providers would have simply thrown up their hands and told me that there was nothing that they could do. Thanks Fred!
