Pleasant to work with. No complaints, new tenant indicated that a great job was done. Vendor was patient to work with for payment from our company. A bit costly compared to other comparable properties

The house was dusty due to some sanding in the bathroom. Other than that, it just needed a good spring cleaning - no changing of bed linens or anything like that. I was disappointed to arrive home that evening to find 3 of my hallway rugs were not put back in place, mirrors not dusted and a large area of dust under one of the baseboard heaters which was in plain site. For a 3 bedroom 1 bath house cleaning, I felt it was very pricey ($475) and not as thorough as one would expect for the price. It was obvious to me that no one walked through the house at the end to make sure everything was done. This was my first experience with Godsend Cleaning. I will say that Kim and her team were very nice and accommodating for my schedule.

My experience was good. They were a little pricey, but they did a phenomenal job. I would consider using them again. I would probably prefer knowing the same person came to my house every time they come to clean rather than I never knew who it was on her team that showed up.

I purchased the $90 deal from Angie's List for 3 hours of cleaning. We needed to get our townhome clean before moving out. Kim, the owner, was very helpful with setting up the time. The day of the cleaning, the cleaner was late and cleaning did not pass inspection. I contacted Kim who was extremely apologetic and stated that subpar service was not acceptable. She gave me 2 hours of cleaning and came to clean my new home on the specific date that I asked for. Her exceptional customer service and the fact that she wants to please her customers is the biggest reason why I gave her company a high rating. She went above and beyond to fix a mistake and was able to follow through with excellent results for my new home.

I was very impressed with this company from the initial interview through the actual cleaning. I scheduled them to deep clean my 3,000 square foot house from top to bottom to get it ready for sale and I also have them scheduled to do maintenance cleaning every 2 weeks. The owner is very thorough and is interested in the clients needs and wants. I was also impressed with their punctuality and friendliness while on the job. They continually were asking if everything looked okay to me, which I appreciated. They aim to please and seem to be very open to feedback as they want to do the best job possible. Communication with the owner is very easy with very prompt responses. Scheduling is flexible. I will continue to use this company for regular cleaning in our new house!

We had 2 bathrooms gutted and renovated. Imagine multiple weeks of dust, sheet rock sanding, equipment in and out, etc. When sanded, sheet rock and mudding creates a very fine yet almost sticky powder that spreads everywhere. So, even though the contractor took measures to prevent it, we still had dust sticking to all the walls, furnishings, decor, & nik-naks throughout the house. Understandably the dust had already caused stress and frustration. It was a long-shot to make a call on Monday and have someone come the very next day, but it happened! Incredible, even though they had to work past normal cleaning hours they made it happen. So, I am impressed on several fronts: - Kim, the owner, really went the extra mile as she sought a volunteer to work extra on short notice - Kim honored the 25% discount, even though extraordinary conditions, she was already doing me a huge favor - Christina was very quick and professional, she arrived on time and worked quickly through the house accomplishing a thorough house clean in a very reasonable time I am considering now if we can incorporate Godsend in a regular cleaning schedule. I can certainly see seasonal and other occasions just to make it easier for my wife. I have no need to look elsewhere, I cannot imagine being any more pleased than I already am!

Cleaners come with an extensive checklist by room. Before they leave you look over the checklist they have done and have to sign off that everything was done. If you can't be there you can call the owner with any feedback you have. This company strives to be friendly, professional with excellent service. I would definitely recommend them.

All cleaners were punctual, professional, and generally great at what they do. We needed to temporarily discontinue monthly cleanings -- they've been sorely missed! Now that we are moving, we knew immediately we'd hire Godsend to tackle our move-out clean (and potentially move-in cleaning at the new house, depending on condition).

I have never hired a cleaning company for my home before. I was worried that I would be stolen from and I WAS! All the dust, dirt and mold in my house was STOLEN! :) The hourly rate for this company was $30 an hour and WELL below the competition. This is why I hired the company. I have nothing to compare the cleaning to because this was my first time but I was very pleasantly surprised by the results. One woman came to do the cleaning and she completed almost everything on the detailed list in the allotted time of 4 hours. (That was probably my fault though because Godsend Cleaning was going off of a quote that I got from another company and they never came out to quote it themselves.) I came home on my lunch break to pay her and check out the progress and she was so nice. She was just worried about my happiness. The owner (Kim) was also very accommodating. After she realized the job would take longer than expected, she said she would not charge for the additional hour and a half even though I said she could bill me for the additional hours. I would suggest making a detailed list and allowing reasonable time to do everything you want especially because the hourly rate is so low. I would definitely use this company again.

The cleaner was about an hour late but she did a good job and managed to finish a little early.

This is the 3rd time for cleaning. We'll see how it goes today. I expect it to be fine. The first time, the company really pulled me out of panic mode because I had over night guests coming. They worked me in and did their complete, top to bottom cleaning of all the areas where the guests would be. It looked great! The second time, they came back and did the top to bottom cleaning on the other areas that hadn't been done the first time plus regular maintenance cleaning of the rest of the house. Again it looked great!

It was very pleasant to talk to the owner. They did every thing on their list and left a pleasant note. My husband and I were very pleased. We haven't been down for quit a few months,so it was nice not to worry about it being clean for some guess that we were having. thank you.

They were very good. They were a referral and they were very professional. They did a really good and thorough job.

Be very specific in the services you want completed.

My brother had an emergency hospitalization and my sister and I, who both live out of town, needed someone we could trust to come in and quickly "deep clean" my brother?s house on a holiday weekend before he got home from the hospital. Kim worked around my travel schedule and arranged to have Faith, one of her fabulous team members, work all day Saturday to get the house in shape. I?ve used many cleaners in the past and I have to say, this firm is the best I?ve ever worked with. I just wished they operated in South Carolina! My brother will be continuing our new relationship with Godsend on a regular basis going forward. When you find people who are fair, reliable and you can trust to come into your home, even when you aren?t physically there, you know you?ve found a great company.

oThe house looks beautiful. It even still smells clean. I am unable to do the cleaning of my house because of a disability. This company is very nice and knowledgeable of what they do. I would highly recommend them.

God-Send Cleaning REALLY lives up to its name!

Overall I am very pleased with Godsend Cleaning and their employees. They do a good job, they are dependable, and accomodate my schedule changes whenever needed.

The cleaners are not consistent. Everytime they came to my home it was never the same girls. The owner does not run background checks on these girls. The girls expect tips and don't have a problem letting you know. I found them to be very careless with my belongings. The owner expects the home owner to provide all cleaning products and materials (she gives you a list during first consultation). The owner also tells the girls that if there is a bathroom that is not used, just clean it with windex. They were very rough with my vacuum and furniture. Things got broke and things went missing. I don't use them anymore.
