Geek Squad - Best Buy

The person who I spoke with was at 80 percent probability a call center in another country or they have not yet mastered the English Language. My father died and we were not able to call them within the 30 day period and she was NOT going to let us have them come correct the problem without paying a ridiculous amount but finally when she found out my profession and that it was customary to allow some lenience when a family member dies here in America she agreed to waive the charge for the work that was not performed correctly. They also were supposed to add two devices to our Geek Squad service that we bought that day and only added one. I will deal with that locally. The guy was no dummy it simply failed. And again he was super polite and punctual. I will update my review if they manage to actually make the thing work.

I took my netbook computer in to geek squad back in August 2012...don't have the exact date. I had problems with accessing the internet...I worked on it at home for several hours, yet when I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy...with one touch of a button, it was fixed...with no charge to me. Also, a few months before that, I dropped my netbook on the floor and a few parts fell out that prevented it from working. I could not get it to work properly. Took it to the Geek Squad and the guy hooked up the mouse to its proper portal offered advice that it was not worth sending into the manufacturer.. I have continued to use my computer with no problems. Again no charge for work performed.... I spent very little time at Best Buy both of these times, but they could have charged me for the work performed and did not.

They are reasonably priced they and seem to have good handle on it.

I had a wonderful experience. I purchased everything online. All I had to do was pick it up at Best Buy within two days. The salespeople were friendly. They did not try to pressure me to buy something else.
