 + -1 moreAlthough we have postponed our move, because of not being able to find what we want where we have decided to move (to be closer to family), Kem immediately de-listed our home, and, despite the time and money her company spent getting us listed, charged us nothing, even for the use of the professional photographer they employed to get all of our house photographs. She is gracious, thorough, and fun to have as a realtor. And the same is true of the rest of her team--Tammi, her partner, and Courtney, a new associate.
Description of Work: We engaged Kem Cobb, of Century 21 All Service in Lynchburg, to sell our home. She and her team came to our home the next day and took all the necessary measurements and pictures, coached us on pricing the home, and immediately got it on the MLS, from which Zillow and Realtor.com, ultimately, derive their content. Kem is a superb realtor, and it's not just my opinion. I am former military, and USAA, a company that provides insurance and financial services to people who are or were in the military, and that also helps people relocate, selected Kem's real estate company as a provider they would direct members to. You pretty much cannot go wrong using Kem (Century 21 All Service).

 + -1 moreKem Cobb was our realtor. She was a dynamo , bursting with energy. She put us at ease the first time we met her and took the time to know my family. What was amazing was the genuine interest. After she got all the information on our needs, she sent us a listing in less than 24 hours. After that everything went smoothly. We will not hesitate to recommend her to our friends.

She showed us many homes, helped us to clarify our wishes and needs. Arranged for us to see the house we ultimately purchased, several times. And did everything a realtor should do in a timely and professional way.
