Description of Work: When I bought my house, I knew there was a plumbing issue, I just didn't know how bad it was. When the plumber came out, we found that the pipe connecting water to the house was disconnected and just about every pipe running through the attic had burst. I had 5 pipes replaced, the connection to the house fixed, and hot water hooked up to the dishwasher. The plumber worked all day to make sure I had running water. Within a couple of days, the tub faucet started dripping and when the same plumber came back, he brought a bag of blackberries from his garden! Very friendly service and reasonable prices. I would call them again without hesitation.

+ 0 morenoises in plumbing. had couple others look at. no solution. my son had benjamin franklin do some work for him and he was impressed so i called and requested a visit. immediately, he noticed a "hill" in my drainage. rearranged so that gravity, air and direction work together and noises in my plumbing is gone. Eric explained to me what was happening , why the noise and how to fix and did just that. Highly recommend Benjamin FranklinPlumbing. You will not be sorry.

+ -1 moreAlthough the price was a little higher than we would've liked, the overall experience was very positive. The plumber (Eric S) was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do before he began working so we understood what was being done to our plumbing. After he was done, he again took the time to explain what was done. He was very neat and did a good job with clean up. He called a couple days later to see if we were satisfied with the work and even came to clean up a leak that we created that wasn't connected to his work. We have sought out work based on the cheapest quote in the past and have not gotten quality work done and in the end it has cost us more to repair or get redone. Would call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing back in a heartbeat again if we had any work that needed to be done.
Description of Work: 1) Removed and replaced old galvanized laundry branch pipes behind drywall and replaced with PVC pipes. 2) Added new washer box upstairs behind washer to control water instead of having it in the basement. 3) Replaced galvanized sink line with PVC piping and air admittance valve. 4) Ran drain line through cabinet to connect to garbage disposal. 5) Also replaced copper water line wire in basement that connects to refrigerator with braided stainless steel connection and replaced faulty saddle valve.
