+ 0 moreI called Bruce to troubleshoot what I thought was a problem in the circuit or the circuit breaker in a trailer on a property I recently purchased. Having never owned a trailer before, I was reluctant to try to troubleshoot the problem myself. He identified the problem quickly and resolved it. He also inspected and tested the other outlets and outside lights, which was reassuring to me. He explained the circuit breaker set up to me as there are fewer circuits and more receptacles on each circuit than in a regular house. I appreciate the explanations rather than just the repair service from the technicians I hire. They make me a more responsible homeowner if I know something about the various systems in my house. I am glad that the problem was a simple one and that he only charged me a service call. But, I would have trusted his price had more extensive repairs been necessary.
Description of Work: He identified the source of a dead short that was preventing the circuit breaker from being reset. He disconnected the offending light fixture and reset the circuit breaker. He tested all the other outside lights and outlets that were on that circuit and pronounced them all "hot." He then explained the circuit panel's set up and answered my questions about the wiring system.

Description of Work: Came to diagnose and repair damage to circuit breakers caused by faulty installation of new pool pump motor.Thorough assessment of problem. Made necessary repairs and spoke with pool installer who did the damage to explain work done and give his assessment of the problem. Explained the problems and repairs to me per my request in terms I could understand, so I am confident that the repairs were done right. Slow worker, but clearly competent, which was reassuring to me as a homeowner. Used quality supplies. Would definitely use him again.
