+ -1 moreme that he could repair of the problem and replace the tiles inexpensively, quoting around $45. He told me he was quite busy, but would be able to come over and do the work in early March over a couple of days. March arrived and I didn't hear from Mike Clark. I began calling and only got to his phone messages. I asked for him to call me back, and got no response, even after 5 phone calls and 2 calls to the company's office. Frustrated, I found someone else to do the work. I don't do business with contractors who disrespect me to the extent that they don't feel it important to call me back. If they don't want the work, they simply need to call and tell me that. I'm dissapointed about how I was mistreated. I was going to ask him to replace the carpet in my house this fall. Well, he won't be getting that or any other business from me.
Description of Work: Foundation settling caused some ceramic tiles on my bathroom floor to crack. Luray is a rather rural area, but I was fortunate to find that Family Flooring, which installs carpets, tiles, and flooring, is located within the town. As I'm new in town (<1 year), I depend on local referrals for my needed services. I was told that Family Flooring did good work. I contacted Mike Clark, who I believe is the owner, to examine the broken tiles and give me an estimate. He came over, assured
