Priority One specialize in Well and Well-water issues. Matt tested our well system and quickly determined a defective well-pump. He gave a price for replacement and started/completed the project the same day. One major quality with Matt and Priority One: he reviewed/explained just what was needed...nothing more...a real consumer advantage. Matt is a excellent knowledgeable technician....well-pump replacement is a very involved, time-consuming project.....he spent the better part of a hot humid day to complete the work. We had our sewer ejector pump running continuously one morning and we weren't sure if that was normal or not. We were referred to Paul by our neighbor a while back after he had some sump pump issues and we were so happy we stored his info right away. We called Paul at 7:30am and he was here by 8am. He was awesome! He told us what he wanted to do to troubleshoot the issue, see if he could repair it first, worked on it (cleaned it out, flushed it) and then informed us we needed to replace the ejector itself. Before he did all the work and before he gave us the estimate for the replacement, he had already called to Winchester and made sure they had a new pump for him to pick up, so when he informed us we needed a new pump of course our next questions were, "how much?" and "how long for the part?". The estimate was a good price (and it included the time he already was with us, get the new part from Winchester and installing it, all in the same day!) and he was off to another call and to pick up the pump. He called us as he was on the way back to us. He arrived and installed the new pump and a piece of melted PVC pipe that was warped from the old pump overheating and melting it. Paul was professional, timely and we will definitely be using his services in the future. He worked clean and left no trace that he was here working! Booties, took all the trash and even wiped the floor where he initially came in and had some wetness on the floor (it was ice storming the day he came). Thank you Paul and Priority One Plumbing!

Paul arrived at my home within and hour and a half of my initial call. He was up front about what the issue was and the cost options. I went with a replacement of my hot water heater and he had it ordered and installed by noon the next day. Overall, it was the best possible experience and I highly recommend Priority One plumbing!

I found Priority One Plumbing from Angie's List and I highly recommend this company! They responded to my request immediately and came out the next day. Paul was kind and helpful and efficient. Price was extremely reasonable for the work completed. If you need a plumber, you can't go wrong with Priority One!!!!

All went well. Matt, the Plumbing Expert, was very accommodating. I had taken up carpet and noted that my sump pump was old and maybe it was not working. I had to get someone in right away to look at it prior to the carpet install. The Owner of the Company worked things out so that the estimate for work would be done in a timely fashion. Matt came the next day for the estimate and he understood my concerns. So, my new sump pump was installed within one day. Matt told me my old sump pump wasn't even working. I received an Angie's List membership discount too.

Priority One provided excellent service. I called to make an appointment on a Sunday, and they took my call and set an appointment for a few days later. Matt arrived on time, called me before arriving, did an excellent job with the work, and showed me exactly what he did and where the original issues were. I would absolutely call Priority One again for any future plumbing/drain work.

Paul was on time, professional, skilled, and replaced our sump pump after installing a temporary one. He also loaned us his industrial fan to help dry out our flooded basement, and completed other repairs necessary to connect a new sump pump; and offered additional recommendations at our request. We will hire this company for future plumbing services.
