M L SHORES CONSTRUCTION

As one would expect with a highly skilled, experienced team like M.L. Shores Construction, our building experience was a joy. My wife and I actually had fun building our home with Mike and his guys. We were involved in the process as much as we wanted to be, and Mike always kept us informed of the progress and impending decisions to be made in a timely manner. When we asked if we could make changes or changes were suggested, Mike offered us his advise, told us if there would be an additional cost (frequently there was no additional cost for our change orders!), and offered us options all along the way. Mike knew he was building our dream home and wanted us to be very happy home owners. He even took me to meet with the custom stair manufacturer to ensure we got a stairway design that met our needs and expectations. For him and his crew, our home was not going to be just another house, an attitude found all too frequently in this region; our dream home was treated as a special trust by him and his team members as well. The exemplary skill and craftsmanship seen in our home is the best proof of how it went. We remain thrilled with the results and the skilled craftsmen who built it for us. Mike and his team continue to help us with our building needs.
