JAMIE'S SMALL ENGINE REPAIR

Still waiting for them to finish. Quite slow and rather poor at communicating status. Hopefully they do good work. Imagine I will find out eventually. Getting a past due invoice for items still in their shop because they haven’t finished all the work leaves a very poor impression. On the bright side, they seem very nice and they did say that they had an unexpected rush this spring. First time using them. If the gear comes back in good shape, I will probably give them another shot.

Very slow work. The equipment was picked up in early March and it was June before the last piece was delivered back to me. The mower wouldn't run when I got it back. They finished one piece fairly quickly, but it sat on their lot until May and they started sending past due bills for that one finished piece that wasn't even at my house. They were always pleasant on the phone and in person, but the overall impression was business chaos. None of the equipment that they worked on ran well on return - the mower started when they brought it back the second time, then stopped running a week later; the zero turn had a squeak and both the zero turn and tiller were running rough. I did not ask them to fix the issues after the mower issue. No way was I bringing anything back to them. I had no idea how long it would take and my neighbors were already cutting my grass for me since the equipment had been away for so long. Plus they put their business sticker on all of my equipment.

Great job. Tractor runs perfectly.

Mower repair: They were one of the only providers near us that could do the work- fast, estimates come quickly, approve all purchases, and punctual. Generator: They were less expensive than most everyone else (smaller inventory but from exceptional manufacturers). They filled the tank half with premium gas and an enzyme AND showed me how to run it. They always take the time to assist in any way possible. They even submit the warranty paperwork for you. Their professionalism is out of this world. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Never a bad experience.
