Description of Work: I started using this company about 6 years ago, they just keep getting better. This service was for inspection and cleaning of 4 fireplace chimney's. On this last inspection they found cracks in one chimney and lose bricks. They showed me pictures and gave me a detailed estimate for work that needed to be done.

+ -1 moreAshless Chimneys II performed repairs to our fireplace when other companies I contacted quoted that they would have to remove the entire fireplace/chimney and rebuild it costing us thousands of dollars. From our interactions with Sheila I found her to be straightforward, personable, extremely knowledgeable of her market sector and above all professional. The team of technicians sent out were punctual, patient, very communicative with me regarding the work and as professional and personable as Sheila. The technicians were at my front door with me and I was about to let them in, but my key wasn't working for some reason. It was the same key that I had used all morning to get in and out of our apartment. I had to run over to the management office to get their set to open our door, which of course cause a delay. The Ashless Chimneys II technicians were very understanding and patient. This was our first experience with chimney/fireplace repair and we are very lucky to have found such a high quality of responsiveness and service from Sheila, her team and Ashless Chimneys II.
Description of Work: Ashless Chimneys II repaired the damper and laid down a new refractory panel in the base of the firebox.

+ 0 moreThey were very courteous. They are always on time. I called on a Sunday and they answered. They arrived the next morning. They are very professional and clean.
Description of Work: They put glass doors on my double fireplace. They also clean the chimney every year. They had put a new insert in the chimney. They cleaned up their mess very well. They helped me get some things off the roof while they were up there.
