Wayne's Heating & Cooling

These guys were fantastic. Arrived on time(EXACTLY when they said they were going to be there) and prepared for installation. They were courteous and friendly. But most importantly, the attention to detail on my install was awesome. They had the foresight to properly line up the condensate, Freon, and electrical lines perfectly with the existing siding. They register your product for the factory warranty.

They come two times a year.

They came out and dug out holes in my driveway due to them being stuck in my front yard and then they did not clean out the vents properly. We still have trash coming out of the vents. They spilled coffee on my new carpet and they have not made any effort what so ever after many attempts to contact, they have yet to make it right. It has been since Feb. 6 that they have had the opportunity to correct this matter.

I called to see if they would be able to do a relatively small duct install project for me as part of a kitchen renovation. The Admin person taking my call indicated Wayne was not available but would call back. Within 15 minutes Wayne called. After i explained my needs Wayne offered that my project was too small to justify their doing the work due to travel time to do the work. However, he gave me a referrral to another closer provider who he said did quality work at a fair price. I thanked Wayne and immediately called the referred vendor. I was patched into that companies estimator, and within two hours they were at my house giving me an estimate for my job. I think it is rare these days to find a that service provider that will go the extra mile to help someone out, where they wont be getting any of the business. Wayne did not have to refer me. He could have just said "good luck buddy" and ended the conversation. If I were in the service area or doing a larger project where they could justify their travel, I would not hesitate to give Wayne's Heating and Cooling a try based on this contact experience.

They were late on arrival because they had to go to another job site to pick up equipment. Once they arrived they were very professional and got right to work. They were informative also explaining things about the system and thermostat. They installed the equipment and we had heat in no time. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new system installed.

Well, everything went just fine. Previously, prior to my purchasing my home, the oil jet wasn't replaced properly into the opening...so that is why I kept getting these oil leaks. Lloyd's Heating and Cooling replaced some other part, which never corrected the problem. That outfit was not easy to deal with on this problem. I essentially replaced a part that didn't need replacing. I did purchase this new heat pump from them. After hearing about Wayne's Heating and Cooling, I called them and they were super to deal with. They have won my loyalty hands down. The technicians were not only very polite and answered lots of questions but were very professional in attitude, and cleaned any mess that was made. Wayne's is totally awesome. At my age, not understanding, the operation of an oil furnace can be a headache. They are very patient when the questions on this and that flow forth. When I say that they clean up behind their operations, I mean it. With the prior outfit, I took pictures of the dirty fingerprints left on my wall. The only thing that I should have kept track of was their comments on my thermostat, when they had to replace it under warranty. Hands down without a doubt, Wayne's Heating and Cooling is a super outfit to call when in a heat pump and oil furnace dilemma.

Dave, Connie and the team were terrific! They delivered on price, performance and professionalism. The technician was there promptly to remove my old 9 SEER system and install my new Trane 16i and was pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions and stayed focused on the install. He tested extensively to ensure the system checked out and cleaned up. Dave came out prior to the purchase and went over our options without pressure or attitude. I could tell he was focused on my needs and that although there were more efficient (and expensive!) systems, he was frank about balancing the system, our environment and our budget to give us the best within our budget. That was a couple years ago, but just had my spring service (the system is still perfect and has cut my electric bill by MORE THAN HALF!!) and it reminded me how pleased we are with Wayne's Heating and Cooling. So I wanted to pass along the great work by a great team to all my neighbors.

I was overall very pleased with the performance and quality of the work. The workers were prompt and courteous. They performed the work well and did good job of cleaning up when finished.

David and his employees were very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Did great work and very pleased!

They are not my immediate local area. They are out of Louisa County. It's been a real gem. They've been good not only in their installation, but in their follow up as well. Their price was competitive. They replaced with trained products and I was very pleased. I saw a significant decrease in my bill which makes anybody happy nowadays. The owner, Davis who I would recommend one to talk to was straightforward, fair and very thorough. I have no disappointments whatsoever. Everything was delivered as promised and on time. I will use them again in the future because I have an ongoing contract with them.
