Joe from Quality Appliance came in the time slot and did an excellent job fixing our dishwasher. Would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Reset dishwasher and got it working. Advised us of what the charge would be if we decided to replace the control board.

We have a five door fridge and the bottom drawer holds the ice maker it was freezing. The first guy that came out in October thought they had to replace a molding piece it turns out it just needed warmed up and fixed . The first person said it was broken, the second guy said no it just needs warmed up and boom it was fixed. Half of them knew what they were doing the other half didn't. They can improve by having the more experienced repair men train the less experienced. They also need to be able to call back sooner, I was left in the dark for two months and finally had to call back I left messages and it wasn't until the art came in that they called me back. The only thing that keeps them from a failing grade is that the guy that knew what he was doing fixed it. If you don't have to replace a part is better, keeping the original part is better. There was a lot of lack of communication.
Description of Work: The ice maker on our fridge was freezing up and needed maintenance.

This company did not contact me after they received the referral from Whirlpool. I had to call them to schedule a time. When I did finally reach them, they told me "a technician would be out tomorrow between 8-12." I took the day off work to be there. They did not show. When I called them, they stated that they cancelled the apt because I did not answer the phone the morning of. It is irresponsible and poor business practice to agree to an appointment time, but then preemptively cancel appointments because the customer because they did not answer a call. Additionally, I have a friend who is currently dealing with nightmare service from this company. Whirlpool needs to stop referring customers to them.
Description of Work: This provider was referred by Whirlpool as a preferred repair entity to repair a leaking dishwasher hose.
