The technicians were professional and went directly to the outside unit - the capacitor replacement cost $85.00 - it took them 10 minutes to restore the outside unit operating capability; and the unit is working and functioning correctly. My house is cool again... Paid $49 for the diagnostic call and 126.00 for capactitor and added mileage fee...

Excellent service. Technician replaced the motor and fixed the problem with condensation drainage that damaged the old air handler motor. I highly recommend Lloyd's.

The person I talked with to line-up getting the job done was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient (I had a bunch of questions....). The job was scheduled in a timely manner and completed as needed. Not withstanding my somewhat negative feelings about the cost, which I realize is not really the fault of the service provider, I am very pleased with the job that Lloyd's Heating & Cooling has done.

OK,. customer and service rep unclear as to what should be installed. Donnie and James did their best to get clarity and installed return duct the would work.

They were a half hour late after giving us a time window. I called them a half hour after they were supposed to arrive. After an hour they informed me the technician was leaving another job and would be at my home in a half hour. Still waiting almost 2 hours later.

Dave and Donnie arrived on time. once entering the home, immediately notice how much air flow was exhausting through the vents. my unit is on the second floor of a townhouse; they checked the unit air passages return and supply, found the supply was sufficient, but the return wasn't getting good amount of air with current setup. return air through the cavity of the house, through boxed air supply to the wall and 14x14x8 downstairs grille. they indicate this current setup will suffice, but not an effective way to utilize the furnace. I'm awaiting an estimate to correct the HOT upstair, COLD downstairs issue.

Initially had an issue with water stains on two ceilings from the air handling unit in the attic caused by drain being clogged and not cleaned out. this was eventually repaired to my satisfaction

Checked entire system for proper size for the house, checked each room for proper air flow and gave suggestions on how to use the system to control air flow to different areas of the home. More than satisfied Great job and will certainly use them for any future issues

On 21st June Night I purchased the big deal from angie's list for Lloyd heating and Cooling. On 22nd morning at 7.30 a.m I received a call from their office and we agreed that Mr Lloyd will come to my home in absentia. He did comeduring working business hours and completed the job in my absence. I received the call late afternoon from his office that work was completed and there was USD 37.00 charge ( I could not believe such a reasonable charge ) When I came home after work at night, a/c was functioning perfect and I was so happy about everything. Thanks a lot to both Angie's List and Mr Lloyd of Lloyd's Heating and Cooling.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I called first thing in the morning and got a same day appointment. I used a special offer the company had on Angie's list. David called me 30 mins before he arrived, and was very courteous and efficient. He checked the thermostat and outside blower first and then went into the attic to check the main unit. He found and fixed a problem with the wiring. He then tested the AC several times to make sure it was really working. We started talking about the filter, and he ran back up into the attic to check my filter size, and got the electronic filter cleaner working. He went above and beyond, and of course the best part is a cool house! I would absolutely recommend this company, in my experience they were very honest and reliable.

Couldn't ask for better response time and professional service. Lloyds technicians know their stuff, act professionally answer questions and actually took the time to ask me questions about the operation of the heating and cooling system. John, Lloyds service technician knew his stuff, professional and took extra time to check each system, heating and cooling, thermostat, and ensured each was operating properly and efficiently. I called them, the technician was here within 2 hours, he had the unit fixed within 30 minutes and was on his way. I couldn't have been happier. Well, if they hadn't charged at all I would have been happier, but this is capitalism, after all.

I had purchased a big deal and it did not turn out so great. They had to come back about 4 times. They came out the same day that I purchased the big deal. They got the heater working, but it seems like it should have been done faster, and the repairs didn't hold out. Two people came out the first time, and I wasn't there the second and third time. I still had a problem with it, and I had to call somebody else to repair it. I paid an additional $200 or $300.

It turned out okay and it was good. I was happy with the service. They got the job done all in one day. I had no problems with the scheduling.

We had used them before and they had been recommended to us. They were courteous, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and I thought they did a professional job all around.

The technicians were professional, very helpful, on time and were able to discover and resolve the problem fairly quickly.

Great system is in good shape and clean. They have also installed a Humidifier that has paid back in winter heat costs. My system runs so great. A great company.

My experience with Lloyd's has been great. They came out right away and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. The price was very fair as well. I would recommend them.

Young man was very prompt, early for appointment. Spent a fair amount of time checking our system, inside and outside of the house. Evaluated the problem, recommended replacing the heat pump, though it was worring well, just old. He replaced the stat with a digital one, wrapped up and completed the job in good time.
