Absolutely worst company in Va to deal with. Do not, i repeat do not hire these people. Not only does the customer service absolutely stink, they are incompetent. They installed a new ac that did not work and then wanted to charge me for it. Additionally it took 3 weeks for me to realize that i should have hired someone else to fix their mistakes. finally did and it was something so simple that it should have been caught. Horrible company that is known to all it's competitors and to the Trane supply folks as well. Be forewarned.

The experience was good. They did the job well. They showed up. I would use them again. It went well. I would recommend them. They were punctual and they did the job for a reasonable price.
Description of Work: I used A-Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning for electrical services. We had to have a plug installed for our stove. It was a while ago. They were the first name in the phone book.

We were directed to this company from our warrantee company. From the start they did not return phone calls and did not show up for their first scheduled appointment to inspect and provide an estimate. When they showed up to provide the estimate they were about 30-45 minutes late from their 4 hour window they provided. When we got approval for them from the insurance company they called about extra work we were thinking about doing. We told them we are going to talk about it and would let them know. If they did not hear from us, we would see them at their appointment for the work they were already contracted for. On day before the appointment they called at 4:25 in the afternoon asking if we wanted the extra work done. When my wife called 5 minute later, they were already closed. The next day my wife waited at home for them to show up and attempted to contact them all day only to be put to voice mail. When my wife finally got a hold of the "dispatch" lady, my wife was told that they dropped us since we did not call, when my wife attempted to call them all day. They had not called. The dispatch lady stated she did call but decided to not leave a message. (side not, I checked our phone records the only calls in and out to A-Advanced was my wife attempted to call them, no call from them other than to ask if we wanted to do the extra work) Then the was rescheduled for the next Sat for the work. When I called them on the Friday to see if they were going to arrive and at what time I was given a 4 hour window. I then asked what was the issue that happened with the previous appointment. The dispatch stated that it was our fault for not calling them. I told them that I had our phone records and there were no calls to either of our phones. She then asked me if I was "Calling her a liar?" and I responded "If that is your story, I have the phone records right in front of me and there are no calls to either my cell phone or my wifes, so I guess the answer to your question is yes" She then proceeded to hang up on me. I then left a message for the manager to call me and they did not. On the Sat they person did not show up until 12:35 (at least 35 minutes after the window) and told him the work that needed to be done. He said there was not enough time today to get the work done and asked if he could come back Sunday. I said yes. The next day he did show up on time and did the work, but cut holes in the wall to trace a wire and stated we would have to pay to get it patched up. I told him that is fine. He cut out 5 holes in the wall. He did the work that he said he would except to fill the holes and stated he would be back the next day. He never showed back up to do the work. They did the work that the warrantee company stated they would do but have yet to finish the job, and get paid for fixing our walls. Do not call these people, they do not answer their phone, will cancel your appointments without notice, and not finish
