+ -1 moreSee comments above. One of my brothers is an electrician (too far away to do all of my work) so I know good work and prices when I see them.
Description of Work: Mr. Brookbank responded for an AHS warranty repair, actually replacement of, our emergency power shutoff switch for our heat pump. There was a $60 AHS service charge. I was so glad to be told that he was coming to do the work since we had hired him several years ago to replace our foyer chandelier. I believe it was his son-in-law who worked with him on that occasion. They had to set up scaffolding to reach the ceiling, and they had to go up in the attic to anchor the light fixture, as it was very large and heavy. They were very careful and they did a phenomenal job. The price was outstanding ... the most reasonable price I have ever been charged on anything ... and I have had a lot of work done on the three houses I have owned over the past 24 years. Mr. Brookbank and his family are wonderful people.
