It went great. They use much higher quality gutter materials (ask about the weight of the gutters when you are shopping--some people use cheap stuff that is very thin and won't last) and did the job the same week as the estimate. Very professional, responsive to questions and came back to extend a downspout further away from our house with no extra cost.

Absolutely amazing. They have been around for 26 years and are a family owned business. This is important to me because they care about their reputation and will be around for the warrantee. They brought an entire team, stripped the roof and got everything done in one long day. Also, they came back out to help us with the gutters (which isn't their thing and not part of the deal). I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. (Also, my wife said that I have to mention that they put down tarps and did a great job with clean up)

Russ from Timothy's roofing was very professional and responsive. He was quick to come out and give an accurate estimate. We decided on a date and they showed up early to get a head start. They worked well together that day and were finished before dark. The new roof looks amazing, Russ answered our questions as the work unfolded, explained the pros and cons of different things like keeping the old cover to the vent or replacing it etc. We were super excited to get a skylight installed to make our kitchen much brighter. It's never a great time to pay for a new roof, but it's a must as a homeowner and we are grateful that all our hard work inside will be protected for years and years to come from the strong and beautiful roof on the outside! We got 3 quotes, and one was from Nu look roofing, they were more than double of what we paid with Timothy's, just saying that because it's worth it to shop around. We would recommend Timothy's roofing if you are looking for a local, honest hardworking company.

The project went ten times better than I thought it would. After I found Timothy's to be the least expensive of the 3 I checked I also found them to be the most honest and professional. The sales manager (Russ Robertson) was great. He was strait forward from the start and stayed in touch with me through out the project and even after it was finished. Great experience!!

We had a roof that was almost 30 years old. After finding several leaks in it I contacted Timothy’s roofing and asked them to give me an estimate along with five other companies. Russ was the person who came out the next day to work with me. Not only where is the pricing the best, Russes attention to detail and explaining the entire process was impeccable. He was in constant communication with us from the very beginning all the way through the entire process. On the day of the job, Russ was on site for almost the entire time while his workers completed the job. I hope I never need another roof on the house but if I do I will definitely call them back

Exceptionally professional and an expert crew. Granted, we have an end unit townhome, but they completed the work in about 4 hours and left the area around our house in better condition than when they arrived. Robin Frame the office manager placed me on a wait list to have someone (I believe Tim) come out to my home to assess the repairs needed on my roof after a storm. The storm was particularly bad and she said they were backed up and I would be placed on a list. I waited TWO months, called back and she said my name had been dropped off and she would re-add me. She also stated that he was principally working on commercial projects but they could still take my project on. Another month and still no call back. I just gave up and called another company but it always surprises me that companies even bother placing someone on a wait list if they are not planning on calling them back. What a waste of time for everyone.

Timothy's Roofing guided by Russ did a STELLAR job in an amazingly short amount of time. Russ and his crew were flawless in their work performance,and unmatched in their quality. Russ and his other crew also installed all new gutters and downspouts on our house. Another flawless job with unmatched quality. Russ and his crews truly know their business and provide amazing workmanship in a very timely manner as well as being extremely neat. Russ and Timothy's Roofing are the last of a dying breed of true CRAFTSMEN who honestly take pride in their work.

While we got off too a bit of a rocky start, after I was able to establish communication with the company's sales manager, it was fairly smooth sailing from there. We were able to get our roof replaced in a short period of time. Our waiting time after we signed the contract was about a week and a half. The work was completed in one day, the crew was on time, and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. Every vent pipe was replaced and they also replaced the exhaust vent which had to be the original one that was put in when the house was built in 1954. Pricing was fair and, while the wood replacement was a bit more than I expected (which probably comes with a 60-year old house), the entire cost was still under $10,000. I would definitely recommend Timothy's Roofing to others.

Very good experience with new roof on a small Arlington house. I went through Angie's list and Russ Robertson from the company called me soon after. He gave me an initial phone estimate based on a satellite photo of my house. When I told him I was interested he came out to the house, took measurements, and gave me a final estimate that was in line with his initial estimate, and I accepted. The roof was done 3 weeks after I accepted the bid. Russ was good with communication throughout the process. The final product looks great, including architectural shingles, a new ridge vent, and new flashing and plumbing vents. They did a good job cleaning up the job site.

Excellent experience start to finish. I worked with Russ Robertson from the initial call until the roof was completed. He was responsive, professional and patient as we studied our options. He even worked with my insurance company to explain his estimate of wind damage and why the roof needed replacement, not a major repair. He promptly answered his cell phone and emails were returned promptly too. I highly recommend this company.

Timothy's Roofing did an outstanding job! I had serious wind damage during an early March wind storm. Very quick response from the Timothy's Roofing representative, Russ (a Master Elite Roofer himself) who was amazing from that point until the roof was replaced. He arranged for his crew to put temporary patches on the roof until the replacement roof could be done -- which had to wait until the insurance claim adjuster could come (about a month later because so many homes had been damaged in that storm). Russ even came and helped the insurance adjuster and explained the damage, which greatly facilitated that process. On the day scheduled for replacement, the crew of 5 workers put in a long 12-hour day to get my rather complicated roof (many separate surfaces and fairly steep --and up 65 feet at the tallest point) completed. That crew did a wonderful, professional job and were outstanding. Their roofing experience and craftsmanship was very apparent. I was home all day and able to observe the extensive process. The cleaned up every bit of debris including thorough sweeps with their magnetic tool for any stray nails. Russ came periodically during the day to check on progress and came back at completion to help his crew do final packing up. Timothy's Roofing used top-rated GAF shingles, which can have a 50-year Golden Pledge Warranty available for installations. I highly recommend Timothy's Roofing.

Russ and his crew just finished our roof on the house and our detached garage/potting shed. Weather caused our old shingles to fly off, and weather made scheduling difficult, but it's all done and it looks fantastic. We added skylights on the garage, and they're perfect. Between the roof and the new gutters and downspouts, our house looks brand new! Everything was done in a professional manner, from delivery to installation to cleanup, and a reasonable price too!

We contacted this company for an estimate for a new roof. Our estimator showed up on time and was friendly. After a few minutes of talking to my husband, he threw out a cost of $11,200 to replace our roof. He told us to make a decision soon because the price of shingles was going to increase in a few days (others said the same so I didn't take this as pressure to make a decision). However, when I asked for a written estimate, he said he wouldn't do that unless we were going to agree to give him the business and kept right on talking to my husband. Never went inside our garage to look at the leaking roof, and never inspected the inside of the house roof. Never even came into the house. I am not sure what others do, but $11,200 is a lot of money to me and under no circumstance will I ever agree to pay that much for anything without a contract in writing first detailing exactly what work will be done. It seemed very much like a chicken and egg situation. He wasn't going to write up an estimate without our agreement to give him the work and I wasn't going to give him the work without a written estimate. Ultimately, this interaction made me uncomfortable enough that we decided to go with another roofing company that was willing to provide a written estimate upfront.

Timothy's Roofing was quick to respond to our roofing inquiry. We found them easy to talk with, fair priced, which included a military discount, and very professional. From Russ's first call through to job completion Timothy's Roofing was spot on. My husband and I were impressed with how quickly they started and completed the job. Their company utilized a large crane to preposition the shingles on your roof which saves them hours of time having to haul the shingles up to the roof manually. The Timothy's crew was small, very professional and incredibly careful to clean up all materials, nails, etc from our yard, driveway and surrounding landscape. The company offers high quality materials with a myriad of tile color choices. I wish we had contacted Timothy's roofing first so we could have cut through all the "hard sell" approaches from other companies. We would hire them again and highly recommend these guys.

We originally reached out to Timothy's roofing due to a needed repair but we realized it was also time for a new roof. Russ came out and gave us and estimate and told us he'd call to schedule the new roof. In the meantime, he arranged to have the repair fixed at no cost which was greatly appreciated. The crew installed the roof during just 1 day. All-in-all, it was an efficient, painless process and Russ was great to work with.
