Timothy's Roofing Company Inc

Description of Work: I called Timothy's Roofing about four weeks ago to have them look at my roof. I need a few shingles replaced and some skylights changed. I had a great communication with the office, and they let me know that someone would be out shortly to inspect the roof. A week later, I called to see if anyone made it out, what the estimate was, etc. Nope, they were running behind. I said no problem, but they'd be out shortly. A week later, I called again. Same stuff. I asked if I could get an estimate on the timing. Now, I'm far from pushy, more in the "demure" category, but the woman was actually annoyed that I kept calling. She actually told me something along the lines of—he’ll get to it when he has time. Come on; it's been three weeks! And, I couldn't even get an estimate as to when they'd be out. Timothy's Roofing might do great work, but I'm moving on to another company. I'm at four weeks now, and I've never received a call to schedule an estimate. I can only imagine if it were an emergency! I'm going to spend my time (and money) on a roofer that'll be there when I need 'em.
